This hotel is worth the money. The front desk staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent because the Waterfront is only 5-10 minutes away. There is tons to do at the Waterfront. Purchase a breakfast at the hotel because it is excellent. It is a buffet with excellent food. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the waterfront. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Although I didn't have breakfast during my stay, it looked quite good. Overall, considering the price and the convenient location, I have no complaints about my experience at the hotel.

The deluxe double room I booked was obviously a twin room put together. Bad review! The location is really good. You can see Table Mountain and the pier from the balcony. It's close to the V&A Pier and is convenient for eating and shopping. But the room was too small and the soundproofing was poor. The sound of cars and ships near the pier was very noisy. . . There have been frequent power outages recently, there are no standard sockets, and the facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast must be praised, it is very rich. After staying for five days, I feel that there is no change. . .

I don't think it is a four stars hotel, there is no breakfast, no lunch, no gym, the receptionists are all cold. Regardless I checked in very late, but they required all to check out by 11am. That is really inconvenient. I book the family room, the sofa bed is next to a very noisy air-conditioner outlet, and the sofa bed is too heavy to move, maybe it was fixed to the floor. Will not consider to stay there again.

Good location, very close to the V&A pier. Two minutes from going out is the hop on hop off tourist station. The room facilities are good, the bed is very comfortable. Living on the sixth floor can have harbour or Table Mountain views. The front desk service attitude is good. The buffet breakfast is very rich.

The receptionist and manager are totally and completely asinine. They were at fault yet they still cut off my family’s trea**ent time. I was so disgusted at their unprofessionalism and discrimination that I never took my trea**ent. To top it off the manager informed the staff to not help us nor give us a refund. I don’t recommend this spa. Rather go to the one in Green point but not this branch. No people skills no etiquette.

Great hotel close to the V & A waterfront. We stayed 6 nights on B & B basis, used restaurant twice for meals which were excellent. Breakfast buffet was first class.Great staff throughout hotel, couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel and rooms were starting to look a little tired in places and in need of a re-decorate.
