Had to do own laundry at additional costs, as the washing machine was broken for over a month. Stuff that is included in rent. This place is not friend friendly. The owner is constantly in a bad mood and the communal area is not communal. Verbally assault visitors and generally rude. Cons people from getting their deposit back by making false claims. Personal items are broken or go missing. Personally owes me 1200 on swimming pool products when his AirB&B guests started complaining about the pool being green. Since when are tenants responsible for the upkeep of a building? Turns abusive when given notice
