I recently stayed at Ocean View House my wifeand I and we had an amazing experience. The property is beautifully maintained with breathtaking ocean views, especially from the balcony. Our room was clean, spacious, and elegantly decorated. The pool and on-site restaurant were fantastic, offering top-notch amenities and delicious food. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring our stay was perfect. I highly recommend Ocean View House for a relaxing and luxurious getaway

I had high expectations of Ocean View House based on previous reviews, and even then my expectations were exceeded. What an incredible place! My husband and I stayed there for a week with our 10 month old baby in February and we could have easily stayed another week. The setting, the service, the location - just everything - amazing. After just one day, the staff would automatically get our baby a high chair ready and waiting before we even arrived for breakfast, they paid such attention to our little boy, and on the occasions that we were ourselves with him would to anything to help. Something not mentioned in previous reviews, but a huge bonus for us, was that it was a 10km stunning and flat walk to the V&A. We walked this a few times to give our baby time to nap in his buggy and loved all the stops on the way. Easy enough to get an Uber home. We were also lucky enough to attend one of the dinners that the owners (lovely people!) but on for their guests every fortnight, it was a communal table, and truly one of the best meals we have ever eaten. Again, everyone made our baby feel so welcome. As well as breakfast, we had lunch their a couple of times, which was delicious. I could go on and on, but don’t hesitate to book this gem. Thank you for the memories OVH, we can’t wait to return one day ❤️

The hotel accommodations are lovely, inviting pools, beautiful grounds, views of the ocean and sunset and a really delightful staff. It is convenient to Table Mt, and Camps Bay restaurants via a short walk or Uber at night. The included breakfast has an omelette station and lots of choices of baked goods, cereals, yogurt, etc. I would definitely go back!!

Super friendly helpful staff, they organize trips, reservations and everything You need, spectacular view, good breakfast, clean rooms, site very pleasant, location perfect, single critic: our room was a bit clammy, in all absolute recomendation

What a wonderful stay at Ocean View House! Everything from the location, room, service and overall venue was perfect from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious everyday and the staff were amazing. Breathtaking views of the sunset.. Thank you to the whole team ! Would highly recommend !

The hotel is owner-managed and they are also on site and available for discussions. We always want to have 2 bedrooms for us and our children (10 years and 5 years). Accordingly, we got a double room and an apar**ent that could be connected. It was perfect for us. Everything was very tasteful and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and was delicious. There is enough parking. Due to the hillside location by the ocean, it was sometimes very windy on the balcony. The location is great for a stay in Cape Town. There is a bus stop right outside the door.
