We stayed at Cloud 9 for 5 nights. The staff was super friendly. Unfortunately we were kept awake due to street works, but the hotel moved us to another room and upgraded us for free. We had breakfast at the hotel bar every morning which was great. The view from the rooftopbar over Cape Town and the Table Mountain was amazing! We also enjoyed a couples massage in the hotel spa which was very relaxing. The hotel is located in the centre of Cape Town and there are some nice restaurants and bar around it where you can eat. El Burro is located next to the hotel and had the best taco’s/ quesedillas. Overall we would highly recommend staying here when you’re visiting Cape Town!

Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und bekamen nach einem recht kleinen Zimmer, das zur Straßenseite lag, ein Upgrade auf ein wunderbares Zimmer in den Innenhof. Dort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Frühstück wird mit Liebe zubereitet, die Auswahl ist prima. Auf der Rooftopbar hat man bei klarer Sicht einen traumhaften Blick auf den Tafelfberg. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen

I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel with its excellent location and friendly, helpful and humble staff. The breakfast consisted of a few well-chosen options, I didn't have time to try them all, but the ones I tried were world class. Next time in Cape Town I will definitely choose this hotel.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here room was comfortable the location was great and the staff were all very helpful Ubers were easy to order and very cheap. The view from the rooftop bar was fab you can see why it was voted one of the best in Cape Town we had a few meals here and all were fine would definitely return. Only quibble would have liked a room with a view we had room 29 which looked over the swimming pool and sunbeds would have liked a Mountain View but apart from that our experience here was great.

Dit hotel heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid, vriendelijk personeel, fantastische keuken voor ontbijt, lunch en avondeten, heerlijke cocktails, top massages, geweldig dakterras met spectaculair uitzicht, moderne inrichting, fijne locatie en de service was ui**untend. Oftewel; alles wat je je maar kan wensen bij een verblijf in Kaapstad!

Superbe hôtel. Très bien localisé avec parking sécurisé. Personnel très serviable et attentionné. Un grand merci aux serveurs, serveuses qui descendent et montent plusieurs fois pour venir nous servir à boire ou à manger😉. Charlene du spa était d'une extrême gentillesse et très compétente Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

All you need for a stay in a big city plus some more. Our room (no. 39) had a nice conservatory with beautiful view to The Table Mountain. Great roof top bar with view over Cape Town and a charming area with swimming pool. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Our stay was from 6th to 8th February 2024.

Friendly and professional staff. Great rooftop view. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. Room 41 has a huge bathroom with tons of storage. Recommend getting breakfast included. Perfect way to start your day. Great say for the price. Highly recommend
