Good hotel Room is a bit small but bed is very confortable Breakfast is nice but could improve sweet offering Overall very pleasant stay

We love the Omelette for breakfast! No hot water; the floor is cold. No window. It’s not worth the price; we should have tried another hotel with the price we’ve paid.

We had such an amazing time there, everything was great and the staff was friendly and helpful the only thing that needs to be improved is the changing of towels.

I I really enjoyed my stay. It is a quiet side street where I felt very safe. You can also walk quickly to various beautiful places. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I didn't use the pool because of the rather cool temperatures, but it was in good condition. The breakfast with omelette, fresh homemade bread, fruit salad and muesli is excellent. Only the automatic coffee machine takes ages to make average quality coffee. Overall a very nice stay and I will try to book here again when I come to the city.

We stayed a couple of nights, the coffee station was not refilled nor was it cleaned. The bathroom was also not cleaned and no fresh or dry towels during our entire stay, sticky floors and there was little to no parking, had to park in the street. The personnel was also not very friendly/accommodating except for the security guard, he was always willing to help.

What an awesome time my wife and I had at the Villa. Lovely place to stay and not far away from most amenities. Superb quality staff service. It was the best time we spent together and we left the villa with our marriage revitalized

This "hotel" certainly does not deserve four stars. We had booked a family room (Roomnumber 10) and what did we get? A smelly room in the basement! The bathroom had mold stains and smelled extremely bad. The water didn't drain and the toilet brush was broken. The shower head was so low that I couldn't even shower standing up. I was also afraid of hitting my head in the room itself. The only window faced the backyard, where the stairs went up to the other rooms. When other guests went up the stairs in the evening, I always woke up because it was very loud and bright. The window in the picture could not be completely darkened. Single windows made for an unpleasant background noise. The "third" bed was a mattress lying on a stone ledge under the window, absolutely uncomfortable and hard as a rock. There was also no fridge in the room. The room could be reached via a steep, narrow staircase, which is extremely slippery in the rain. We were also not given a friendly welcome. The manager didn't even look at my wife, let not to mention greeting her. The housekeeper was also unable to smile or even appear friendly. All in all, we felt totally uncomfortable with our six-year-old daughter. We changed accommodation after the first night. Absolutely not recommended for families!!!

Small-scale, cozy accommodation in one of the better neighborhoods of Cape Town. The property had a small pool with sun loungers and the staff was very friendly. I would really recommend this place for a couple of a family.

The rooms are not worth value for money, extremely small I had no window even in my room, toilet infront of your face doesn't even completely close so uncomfortable when another person is in the toilet while you sleeping, bed squized to the wall so uncomfortable to sleep for 2, to get fresh air you need to open the door because no window on my room, to top it all not even a fridge in the room I was in yet rated 4 star, I will not return to the hotel
