One thing to say, the advantage is that the environment is good, Table Mountain can be seen from the balcony, and it has its own private beach, although there is some garbage on it. There are two main disadvantages. The first is that it is not safe. Opening the window is a walkway, and a person can easily cross it, which means that the window must be locked to sleep. But there is no air conditioning. How is the air circulated? I went to the hotel front desk and wanted to change rooms, but the answer was that there was no option to change, and cancellations and hotel changes were not allowed. What kind of overbearing clause was this? Second, there is a charge for WiFi? ! And it's not fast either.

The apar**ent is about ten kilometers away from the city center. It is located in Leisure Bay with sea views. It has its own beach and can see Table Mountain. The cool sea breeze is very pleasant. There are no restaurants, but the kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook your own meals. Overall The space is relatively large and there are security guards on duty 24 hours a day. They are very responsible and overall I am satisfied.

Up on arrival no electricity and no explanation. This continued with 4 power cuts every day. This really If you don’t meet mind staying in the dark every evening between 8 to 10 pm ….. this is the place for you. Moved hotel half way during the visit and no refund was offered. Most decent hotels have a back up generator. There are also very few restaurants close by. Bath tub with cracks looks dirty but not cleaners fault. Staff overall friendly

I enjoyed my stay and the resort is situated at the best "not so busy" location. The apar**ent was clean, adequate parking, and all rooms have sea view. I spent most of the time when I am at Leisure Bay - outside the Balcony watching nature.

We stayed during the heavy rainstorm but the overall stay was pleasant. The place is clean and spacious. We paid for Wifi but didn't receive the password until the next day as we checked-in after the scheduled time, I think that could have been prepared better but a great stay and would recommend this place.
