I had a great experience staying at the hotel this time, with beautiful environment and first-class service. The transportation is convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the room is clean and large. It was a good trip.

The property was located at an exlusive location on tyger valley and you can watch an unblocked sunset at the buffet restaurant (The hotel is located on a hill). The buffet has a small selection but the food is tasty and it does the job. The property is also located at a very safe place on tyger valley. Staff is very polite and helpful as the booking from ******* did not go through to their booking systems, but fortunately the ops manager helped to clarify with ******* to sort it out. Overall a great experience.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever encountered. You can not complain about the service as there us no service! Breakfast, take your marriot points instead of wasting your time. You can do much better eating breakfast at McDonald's. Asked for a room with a tub, could not accommodate me. Only next day I had to move rooms. Ran out of bacon for breakfast, twice, not butter, only margarine, very poor selection for breakfast. I asked them to keep a dish for me to eat the next morning, needless to say, it disappeared overnight. As platinum marriot you always get a choice of a welcome gift. I had no choice, in my room was a packet of chips, coffee filter. Cookie and a card. I do not eat anything with sn expiry date of 2 weeks or more. Very poor service. Avoid this hotel if you can.
