Terrible experience misunderstanding leads to pay extras, dirty floor dirty toilet when we arrived no breakfast as we paid no assistance from Locas we got email confirmed that is approved amendment no one was helping.

Pessimi. Pessimi perché meno non è possibile inserire, altrimenti meriterebbero ancora meno. Era il quarto anno che andavamo in questa suite ma mai ci aspettavamo di trovare una così scarsa efficienza. Gli anni scorsi ci eravamo trovati bene, ma quest'anno . . . . PESSIMI. Vasca idromassaggio sporca e non funzionante Bagno di servizio non utilizzabile perché senza porta Acqua calda limitata TV non funzionante Prima colazione come inesistente. Alle giuste osservazioni fatte al sig. Gianluca, rappresentante della proprietà, NIENTE e NESSUNO ha fatto niente. Consiglio chiunque di non andare.

Posto splendido ma il prezzo non è giustificato . Non hanno servi di alto profilo , l' unica cosa che hanno sono i prezzi altissimi . Nelle stanze non hanno nessun servizio , non c'è un bollitore , non c'è nulla , il prezzo così alto da cosa è dato ? La ricevuta fiscale ?

Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara!
As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa.
We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa.
When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels.
They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water.
When we tried to use the gym, none of the equipment’s were working and was left in a horrible condition.
The photos on the internet is completely different from the reality of the Villa.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Your entire experience in Capri will be ruined.
