"The hotel's location is simply excellent, in the heart of Capri, easy to walk, and everything is close by. The hotel itself is old, but charming, with a pleasant atmosphere. However, we were not placed in the main building, but in a separate building. This room had no windows. There was also a strange door on the other side of the room that led to the street, but it was closed, and the noise from there was unbelievable. It was impossible to sleep in the morning, there was such a roar and screaming. The room itself was quite spacious, but without windows, it was dark and uncomfortable. And the breakfast was rather meager, without much choice."

"Wonderful hotel in every aspect- the outstanding customer service at this property made our trip to Italy perfect and stress free ! The hotel concierge managed our entire transportation from Naples- they handled our pick up from Naples airport, our trip on the ferry, and pick up at the port in Capri. Seamless, safe, and easy. It was raining and our drivers brought umbrellas and escorted us thru each step. We were greeted by Maximassimo and given a drink, tour of our AMAZING room, and checked on a few times to make sure everything was ok. Marco- so welcoming and hospitable at the bar and restaurant, we hugged him when we left because we truly made a friend. Ludovica, she was incredible ! She communicated with our Air B&B host to assist us with transport to Ravello, she handled everything and we couldn’t have done it without her. Silvia was also amazing. Over and beyond is all I can say about this property. We will certainly return- the room was beautiful, the private terrace had a great view and private hot tub. Welcome notes and gifts were in our room- housekeeping was incredible. Breakfast was authentic and the best !"

"I left my bracelet, ring, and necklace on the bedside table and forgot to put them in the safe. When I returned after going out at noon, they were all gone. It seems the cleaning staff took them. Although I contacted the hotel, and the manager even accompanied me to the police station, the hotel refused to compensate me for any loss. They even wanted to charge me extra for breakfast. The hotel asked the cleaning staff, who of course said they hadn't seen them either. Haha. The hotel is very small; it makes you doubt whether it's a five-star hotel. Of course, if nothing else is missing, everything else is fine."

The hotel's interior scenery is also stunning, and the terrace has a hot spring spa pool – I highly recommend bringing your swimsuit so you can enjoy the night view while soaking. The breakfast was also incredibly plentiful; everything on the menu was delicious. Contact the hotel via email or WhatsApp for a free shuttle service from the pier to the hotel and Capri town center – it's all free! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"A small and beautiful hotel in the heart of Capri with a swimming pool! Super convenient, you can contact the hotel in advance to the pier and send your luggage to the room! Don't have to go by yourself! Going out to the right is Augustus Garden, to the left is a famous street! Breakfast is the basic white meal! The room has a garden and is spacious! But during the summer vacation, the 7000+ room rate, the combed bed in the parent-child room actually scratched people, and our room was facing the hotel toilet! After responding to the problem, the hotel said that there was no other room and it could not be exchanged! The combed bed scratched the legs of our 3 people! I responded to the front desk, and Yuan sent someone to see it, and I didn't say a word of sorry! Later, I reflected to Trip.com and helped coordinate. The hotel waived some service fees! But the hotel service attitude needs to be improved!"

"We had a great time and really enjoyed the hotel, even though we had to switch rooms. About half the rooms have been renovated, but there are still some older ones. It wasn't a huge deal, but the newer rooms are definitely much nicer to stay in! The hotel has an excellent pool, so after a long day at the beach or if you're a bit sunburnt, you can relax by the pool and have lunch at their restaurant. The service and food quality were both very good. Everything was delicious, and I can confidently recommend this place! The view is absolutely stunning, like something out of a fairytale! We had a room with a large balcony, which was fantastic!) Breakfast was also excellent, with everything you'd expect and need. A great start to the day with a magnificent view and a cup of cappuccino."

Let me say, I did not regret our choice! Even though the others are beautiful, the views at the Tragara are the best on the entire island by far! The food is elite at the two incredible restaurants and we had two free dinners as part of our package. An amazing 5 star complementary breakfast every single morning. But here’s the most special part of the entire vacation! The staff, and I mean the entire staff, including the front desk and Maintenance are the most friendly and most accommodating people you will ever encounter. They truly are here to provide an amazing experience and just adds that extra touch that made this the most unforgettable vacation we’ve ever been on! So much so that we’re looking forward to coming back again in the summer ❤️Punta Tragara We will miss the amazing staff at the restaurant, Elena, Luciana and Luigi, thank you for making our vacation an incredible and unforgettable experience.
