Hotel La Floridiana was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in across Europe! The service of the staff was beyond amazing. Our hostess Giuliana was the best. She was helpful, friendly, and simply amazing. She gave us the best recommendations for visits, restaurants, activities, bars, and more. I would recommend you request Giuliana on your arrival as she was of great great help. The location of the hotel is right on the end of the street of all of the brands and shops. Prime Location! It is easy to get to it and leave to other parts of Capri. The view from the hotel was amazing; greenery and the sea. (Get the room with a sea view) The rooms were clean, authentic, and beautiful to stay in. It was very safe and well maintained. A big thank you to Giuliana and all the staff at La Floridiana for being the best!

Ho pensato ad aspetti negativi ma francamente non ne ho trovati. Qui tutto è perfetto: personale gentile e preparato, vista incantevole, pulizia al top, comodissimo al centro di Capri ma in zona estremamente tranquilla.

We loved our stay at La Foridiana! Breakfast was really good with lita of choices. The straff were so nice and gave us the best service and treatment! We were also lucky to get a room upgrade! The hotel is on the best side of the Island. 10/10 from us:)

The room feel spacious and very clean. The location is 5 minutes walk to the main shopping street. They are very accomodating and arrange the luggage transfer from the port and to the Taxi station at the town center. Definetely will stay in this hotel again if we come backbto Capri.

Hotel La Floridiana was AMAZING!! Cannot say enough good things about the hotel itself and the staff. When we checked in, we met Claudia who was so pleasant and informative....after a long day of travel, she was able to provide us with an unexpected upgraded room. We still cannot get over how beautiful the room was, and are so appreciative that Claudia helped us with that! Hotel manager, Antonio, was also exceptional! He was incredibly personable and provided great service. We WILL return to this hotel when we travel to Capri in the future :)

Sono tornata in questo hotel e come mi aspettavo è stato un soggiorno eccezionale. Tutto lo staff più che gentile e disponibile a partire dall'accoglienza e dal drink di benvenuto. Tutti sempre col sorriso! La location immersa nella natura di Capri a pochi passi dal centro storico non può che essere un punto a favore per un piacevole relax. Colazione anche alla carta ricca e gustosa ! Sicuramente torneremo anche in estate per godere della piscina dell'Hotel e del mare di questa splendida isola!

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the center of Capri. All staff were very kind. Breakfast was very good quality. We really liked rooms with balcony. Swimming pool area was very nice. We would like to thank the reception and restaurant staff for their kind services.

Hôtel à Capri, vista mare. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione di un congresso e mi sono trovata benissimo. Stanza luminosa e decorata con ceramiche. Terrazzino ampio affacciato sul mare. Struttura e personale assolutamente accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati grazie all'accurata attenzione rivolta verso i clienti anche con piccoli accorgimenti molto graditi dall'offerta del cocktail di benvenuto all'arrivo fino al piccolo snack con annessa bottiglietta d'acqua alla partenza. Molto gradita anche l'informativa precisa sui luoghi da visitare e sulle strutture da utilizzare per cene ed altro. Insomma, in una prossima occasione di vacanza sull'isola di Capri, ci torneremo sicuramente e molto volentieri.
