We were wowed from arrival! Beautiful space, tranquil sensory garden, breakfast orangery serving delicious food. Attention to détail was exceptional, tasteful and thoughtful The staff friendly, efficiently anticipating your every need, nothing too much trouble, we will return I’m sure. A fabulous experience.

It's the best hotel in the word. The team, the attention, the food. We love everything. The room was a palace. We love each part of our honey moon . They are interested in our happiness. Gabriela was wonderful. She recomended the best plans at the island.

The best welcome experience we have had at any hotel in the world. Met us at the Port off the Ferry from Sorrento and took us to the hotel. Welcome drink of our choice in a beautiful courtyard and full explanation of the Island. Booked a three hour boat cruise around the island for us the next day at 10am. Breakfast included. Outstanding service. Shuttle to take us anywhere. Amazing and truly happy memorable experience in Capri.

It was an incredible experience, the hotel absolutely perfect, and the people imposible better. People very nice, always helping you on everything, my wife and I were very happy. We are going to como back some day. The breakfast, the room, the views were amazing. Even the jacuzzi looking the sea,

Amazing hotel. We stay in a lot of hotels around the world, and this has to be one of the most outstanding, service wise we have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble. But it is the little things that make the Parco stand out. The staff never once asked for our room number etc, they knew it. We were always greeted by name and every time we arrived back at the hotel, someone would come out to greet us. The level of care and customer service, always offering a bottle of water as we left the hotel, advice on things to do, arranging tours, ferry, restaurant bookings, help etc. On top of the staff, the amenities were lovely, presented in a beautiful box, more of the extra touches that make the difference. There was no extra charges for a 6 am coffee, delivering breakfast to your room, water bottles etc. Leaving this hotel was like sadly saying goodbye to family. We just loved it and are already planning on travelling back next year from Australia. The only negative if I had to say one is the location is not ideal, situated half way between main ferry port and hilltop town of Capri, but with car on hand 24/7 to drive you anywhere, and the rest of the amazing positives about the hotel, this is by no means an issue, just something to keep in mind if you look past this hotel because of where it is situated. A very special thanks to the lovely Gabby who went above and beyond to make our stay special and Buddika for being our personal chauffeur around the island, as well as the rest of the team at the Excelsior Parco - Gaia and Stefano.

The staff could not be more helpful. Anything we needed that accommodated us. Breakfast was wonderful and I have never seen so many options. I recommend staying here if you are going to Capri.you must try their fresh orange Lemon and carrot juice.

This place is simply amazing!! We stayed here for two nights. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure maximum comfort. We will be back for sure. The breakfast was top notch. Room was high end and the personal driver to and from different areas made our stay magical.

We visited this hotel for our honeymoon. On arrival they had rooms available to upgrade us as a honeymoon gift. We were so grateful. The room we stayed in was so beautiful and had a hot tub on the balcony. The staff were welcoming, friendly and offered great recommendations for both excursions and restaurants. As part of your staff you have a complimentary service that will take you to the Marina Grande or to the centre of Caprì which is a fantastic addition to an already amazing hotel. A large selection of breakfast is made available in the room at not extra charge. Another fantastic addition which we enjoyed on our balcony overlooking the sea every morning. We had an amazing honeymoon and will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Capri.
