This hotel is not friendly to the Chinese, and they charge an extra 120 euros for luggage. What's even more exasperating is that they don't want to pick you up at the foot of the mountain, and Ctrip intervened in the communication. We waited in the square for 40 minutes. This is the worst hotel I have ever met in Italy!

Stay here when visiting Capri!!! I read many reviews about many of the 5 star resorts in Capri & Villa Brunella kept sticking out because of there 5 star service that I read in almost every review. The reviews were 100% correct the service you receive at this hotel is something so special that you do not see anymore. You feel apart of the family the second you check in & they go out of their way to help you. Breakfast every morning was fantastic & you have the same staff every morning and they are beyond wonderful. One thing that would make people choose another hotel would be the way the rooms look old & let me tell you the room was not old at all. They keep the Italian design but the room is very upgrade no show of ware & tear. The cleaners clean your room 2 times a day & do the most amazing job i've seen at a hotel in my years of traveling. If you are in between this hotel & another do yourself a favor a choose Villa Brunella! Also it is walking distance to the famous Fontelina Beach Club! We went on Sat & Sunday & it was amazing. Super nice to be able to walk there. The flowers in the picture they got for the moms at the hotel for mothers day I thought that was a thoughtful touch. Thank you for an amazing stay! See you soon!!

Wow! Villa Brunella was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Our private balcony had an incredible view- we just wanted to sit on the lounges and stare. The staff were so kind and helpful, making reservations for dinner and massages. (Lucretzia is so kind and sweet and always smiling. We really enjoyed talking to her) The restaurant had the most incredible views as well, and breakfast was so relaxing, sitting around the pool. We would love to come back ! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Brunella. The location is very private and beautiful and is far enough away from the center to allow you to enjoy the island without the numerous daily visitors. There are multiple spots to relax in a tropical setting. The staff went above and beyond and catered to our every need. The views are outstanding from your room and private patio area as well. We highly recommend this property.

The hotel is a gem. The pictures do not do it justice.
It has a lovely pool and deck, a gym, delightful dining venues., Staff is top-notch, professional, cordial.
Its view is better than some of the grand huge hotels.
It is the third hotel for us this trip in ischiia and Amalfi; and it is the best by far, and reasonably priced.

This was possibly the most wonderful hotel in which I've ever stayed. It's unobtrusively elegant. It's far away enough from central Capri to feel serene and yet only 10 minutes' walk from lots of restaurants and shops. The service was impeccable. Can't wait to make a return trip!

This was the most beautiful quaint hotel we stayed in while traveling throughout Italy. We had a very private villa suite (room 41) and it was absolutely beautiful in every way. Elegant and romantic beyond description. The view from our private and quiet balcony looking over the ocean was breathtaking. We want to come back and spend a week just enjoying the ambiance of this small quaint resort. Pool bar delicious restaurant and the friendliest and most accommodating staff of all the places we stayed on this trip. And there were many. But this took the cake. There is nothing not to love about Villa Brunella. We will be back.
