酒店設施都很棒！美中不足以至讓我有點生氣的是，在離開酒店前往碼頭回sorrento，前台工作人員報錯港口號碼給我們，明明是21卻跟我們說是12，讓我們在離開capri的最後時刻要拔足狂奔去追船，這個失誤讓人感到失望！

平時基本不做酒店點評，但是這家因為點評的人不多，希望我的評價會對大家選擇酒店有幫助。訂酒店時，其實有些忐忑，擔心房間太小太舊（因為介紹沒有顯示裝修時間，並且套房面積顯示衹有3***米）事實是，相當潔凈整潔（不輸我在羅馬住的23年才開的六善）並且面積有誤！實際上，每個房間分成上下兩層（一層起居室和觀景陽台；二層卧室、衣帽間和衞生間）空間足夠大，加起來大約有六、七十平方。島上的景觀無須多贅述，酒店因為在島的盡頭處，越過喧鬧的名店街，獨享一方的寧靜，非常適合休閑度假。更值得肯定的是這家酒店的服務，行李上下山，船票購買，出行時間安排，扔給前台，全部給你妥善安排，是一次美好的住宿體驗。

迄今為止住過的單價最貴的酒店，我這款房型的視野簡直絕了，酒店本身的位置就是一個卡普里島的觀景點，我這間#35房間簡直就是最佳觀景位，酒店的米其林餐廳也擁有絕佳景觀（懸崖景）酒店的服務員本身也都很棒，一到碼頭仔細看，會有酒店的服務員舉牌接行李，他們幫忙拿走行李，給你一張車票，坐上山的小火車？基本上卡普里島上所有人都是很和善的，他們雖然開車很野，會吵架，但轉過頭對遊客還是超級好。不愧是全球首屈一指的度假勝地，如果不是交通略有折騰，真的想每年夏天來一次 ❤️

Hotel ricco di storia e di fascino. Posizione dell'hotel fantastica, stanza rinnovata, molto bella la piscina, il ristorante Monzù è il migliore dove abbia mai mangiato a Capri. Personale molto cortese e disponibile sia alla reception concierge che in sala. Ottima la colazione. Consigliato

Il Punta Tragara stupisce per la sua posizione, la colazione con vista sui faraglioni è un must. Struttura di prestigio con delle suite di design, ampi terrazzi e vedute incantevoli. Scelta della colazione ampia ma sicuramente migliorabile per la categoria di albergo. Ricevimento efficiente. Servizio quik lunch sulla terrazza a bordo piscina. Una garanzia a Capri.

Fabulous stay at the top... Wrap-around outdoor terrace/patio was wonderful. A splurge, and well worth the 3 day stay... We took the advice on Fodors travel blog forum, and booked the best room where the Queen & Kennedys had stayed over the years

Hotel in posizione magnifica, secondo me la migliore in assoluto di tutta Capri Stanza grandissima, elegante ma moderna con un grandissimo terrazzo con vista sui faraglioni e tutta la costa di Marina Piccola Esposizione est sud ovest per cui sole fino al magnifico tramonto Servizio impeccabile, estremamente gentili e spontaneamente cordiali. Prezzo ovviamente molto alto ma non consono ad alcuni servizi come la colazione in camera compresa nel prezzo ma esagerata la quota solo per la consegna. Idem il trasporto bagagli. Ristorante da non consigliare. Per il resto un hotel davvero esclusivo che aumenta la bellezza di una vacanza a Capri!

Come da titolo ironico ( ovviamente). Battute a parte , è sempre un grande piacere tornare perché ci sente come a casa grazie al calore di un servizio perfetto in ogni momento del giorno. Le camere subiscono sempre dei miglioramenti ogni anno e la manutenzione è impeccabile. Laude alla colazione , una delle migliori mai provate sia come qualità che varietà ( sia di dolce , sia di dolce sia di piatti preparati al momento ) Per il contesto , l’edificio , la posizione ed il paesaggio non ci sono parole semplici per esprime l’esperienza vissuta , dico solo che è una location da provare almeno una volta nella vita ! CONSIGLIO SENZA RISERVE best in the area! Ps : diffidate dalle recensioni pessime ,, basta vedere il profilo di sedicenti recensori per capire come siano solo tentativi maldestri per cercare di screditare la crème della crème dell’ospitalità caprese.
