Hands down the best hotel in Capri!!! A few people to highlight: GM Stefano is superb, Martina in the front made our trip perfect.. Chef Nello at Terrazo makes the best lamb pasta I’ve ever had. The room was beautiful and the decor is to perfection even the AC is the best in Europe. Housekeeping was superb, efficient and frequent. This is our 5th time to Capri and the best hotel on the island by far.

Capri Tiberio Palace is truly the best hotel in Capri and the Jacky Bar is, without a doubt, one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The service here is nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Vincenzo, the bar manager, and his exceptional team Melinda and Serena. Every time I walk in, they greet me warmly, and before I even have to ask, my favorite drink is already being prepared. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of sophisticated and cozy comfort—a place where you can unwind and enjoy the company of both friends and strangers who quickly become friends. But let’s talk about the cocktails. Vincenzo is more than just a bartender; he’s an alchemist, a true artist in his craft. Each drink is meticulously crafted, a masterpiece in a glass, both in taste and presentation. The cocktails here are the best I’ve ever had—each sip is a reminder of the pure excellence that defines this place. The level of professionalism, the warm and friendly atmosphere, and the sheer artistry of the perfectly curated cocktails make Jacky Bar an absolute must-visit. I recently stay at Capri Tiberio Palace. The first problem was the closest a taxi can get to the hotel is a 10 minute walk all uphill so every time you go out to eat or shop it at is least a 10 minute walk both ways. I booked a junior suite.When I got there I was given a regular room with a shower barley big enough for me to fit in.I am not a very big man. I brought this to the attention of the hotel manager and he refused to move me. I then informed him I would be writing bad reviews of this hotels.His answer was (I dont care about reviews we have a very big following it wont hurt us.

The rooms are ok and the hotel is nice, but not what you expect for that price. Service is terrible, they would knock on the door at 9am -even with the "do not disturb" sign hanging outside- to check on the mini-bar every day. Their ammenities are less than average and the staff was extremely rude. The manager said they were acting according to hotel policy so good luck! You can find something better in Capri.

Never expected such OUTRAGEOUS service at this ridiculously overpriced hotel, pretending to be a luxury 5 stars. Please read before you book! 15th-18th August 2014, Family occupied 3 rooms and suites. (I lived in 503). 1. The wifi only worked in the walk in closet and sometimes not even there. 2. The hotel boasts about having a pool. Do not be fooled. It is more of a really big bath and the water is cold. When I say “cold” I mean too cold to even wet your feet in during 30+ heat. 3. In case you want the luxury of a gym be prepared to workout with absolutely no air conditioning in a windowless 20 square metre room. Perhaps the AC exists but quite obviously doesn’t work. 4. I hope you like mini pizzas and kiwis for breakfast because that is what you will be having every morning if you want to avoid an upset stomach. The “fresh” juices are so fresh that they are naturally carbonated and the prunes have reached a completely new level of “gone sour”. 5. The hotel offers a service of delivering your bags to the harbour without you having to drag the luggage across cobbled streets. Upon using said service and receiving the bags I was missing two brand new very expensive pairs of shoes. Someone went through my bags, stole the new shoes and left behind the empty bags and the cheaper shoes. Having called the hotel multiple times I was left extremely disappointed by the staff that are reluctant to show any responsibility for the valuables that went missing while the bags were under their supervision and responsibility. So far I am left with no shoes and no compensation. I have been to Capri multiple times and there are many other better hotels here. If you are looking for a hotel with good service then keep looking because Tiberio Palace isn’t the one. The situation where they refuse to even acknowledge their responsibility during the transportation of the luggage is beyond unacceptable.

By far the best hotel for service, location and decor. I had an upgraded room and every details of the stay was managed very well including transfer of luggage, complimentary tickets and the wonderful jacky bar I will return here for sure
