We booked this hotel as we were going to a concert in the venue opposite. Perfect location for us. We used the hotel car park too which was good value. Breakfast was good too.

Stunning, stunning, stunning. Great location for the arena opposite and exactly the reason we chose it. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Only £65 for the night without breakfast so was really happy with this if not only for the location. Will defo return.

Staff were very pleasant. The whole place requires a repaint , and upgrade of furniture , and fittings. The shower mixture tap cover came off in my hand. The room was really hot and stuffy, with no ac, or opening windows. I would not recommend .

i stayed here with my boyfriend,dad and brother as we were attending the UB40 concert on arrival the lady at the desk was really welcoming and because it was my first time checking into a hotel she talked me through the whole process and was lovely throughout the whole interaction . we didn’t have breakfast so i can’t comment on that. when we returned to the hotel after the concert the bar staff were lovely and chatty and gave a really nice vibe and we just felt comfortable being there. whenever i come to cardiff again in the future this will be the place i stay

Firstly, I didn't stay at the hotel but just wanted to say thank you again to the staff. My son lost his coat whilst on a night out in Cardiff last Saturday. It contained multiple cards and money. To cut a long story short, a guest at the Park Inn had mistakenly taken the coat from the night spot involved and then left it in the hotel room. Got a call from a chap on reception yesterday (10/04/24) who had managed to track me down using the contents of the wallet. We very much appreciated the kindness, professionalism and the time and effort taken to do this and also the help provided when we turned up to collect the coat and contents yesterday evening. Once again, our thanks you to the wonderful staff at the Park Inn.
