"Staff were amazing!! Can’t thank them enough for guiding us along this trip. Sadly the room was not up to standard, Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities. General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice. View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless."

"had a fantastic stay at Staybridge Suites Cardiff. The room size was amazing, far more spacious than I expected and it made the whole stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. A very clean hotel. The facilities were great too, with everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. I was very impressed overall and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Came here with a friend and overall had a good experience. The staff were very friendly. However, the location was a bit hard to find. Even though it's right next to the train station, it's not very obvious. We couldn't find it at first. Later, when we ordered food delivery, the delivery person circled downstairs for over ten minutes trying to find it, and I eventually had to go out in the rain to meet him 😂 The room was quite small, like a renovated budget hotel, but it had all the necessary amenities. For the price, I was generally quite satisfied. Our window faced the train tracks, but it wasn't too noisy."

"It was clean and comfortable, although we went to breakfast at 9.30 am and there were no croissants or muffins left and very little on the continental breakfast, the cooked breakfast was excellent. Also, we went down for cocktails in the happy hour 2 cocktails for £12, we got overcharged, and when we asked the waitress to check, she didn't come back before we needed to leave,. Overall a good night's stay 😀"

"Was the cheapest option I could find on that day, but it really impressed me. Location was good, right next to Cardiff queen street and around 20 mins by foot from Cardiff central. Hotel was nice, staff were friendly and had all the necessary amenities. Rooms were quite small but sufficient unless you have big luggages. Only issue I had was that there’s a dip in the middle of the bed which was quite strange."

"Price was much more affordable than other hotels in the same area. Great location. The check-in time was 3PM but displayed here 2PM, called the number at the reception and the lady still let me check-in early. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom as well, however I booked a double bed but it was 2 singles put into one. The water in the shower was way too hot though, I was twisting the knob and wait for each of them for a while but it’s just keep getting hotter so eventually I took mixed it the cold water from the faucet pour it in the tub. Overall nice experience"

"Good location not far from centre of Cardiff. Service was poor, receptionists seemed like they didn’t want to be working there and breakfast staff like their family had just died. That said the breakfast was good quality and the room was good. Needed some cobwebs removed and mould cleaned from bathroom"

"Amazing location that is right by the city centre. Staff were really friendly and we were made to feel super welcome all the way from arrival until we checked out. Room was clean, tidy and warm which was really nice in the colder weather. There wasn’t a huge amount of amenities but for a small hotel the amenities provided proved just enough. Overall super pleased and will definitely be returning for our next trip."
