A very good stay experience, the room is large enough, the view is pleasant, the location is excellent, about 15-20 minutes walk from Cardiff University, the breakfast is very rich, the hotel equipment and decoration are pretty good, the president is very satisfied, the price is high, next time Will choose again.

Must be all 5 points! The location of the hotel is excellent, the castle and Queen St are within easy reach, and the bus station is just outside! The breakfast is rich, typical continental European style, but the vegetables are a bit less. . . Carnivores hurry up! Ha ha 😆

The Park Plaza in Cardiff is ideally listed close to shops, restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance. The service offered at the Park Plaza was excellent, as were the amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices each morning, with an additional option of room service. The Park Plaza also offers guests the use of their gym and pool, which were both lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Park Plaza Cardiff.

Fantastic huge room lovely and clean with great view right by the river excellent location staff are lovely would defo recommend :) food and drink really good not to pricey spa and treatments good aswell. Check out is not till 12pm which I think is excellent

The Hotel itself was good with good leisure facilities which had friendly staff. My real disappointment was that it never indicated that there was no parking on-site. I had to use an NCP over the road which after the 'token' hotel guest discount cost me approx £50 for 2 nights parking! And I parked from around 7pm until 8am. If I knew this I would have booked elsewhere. The food was average but priced for a 'better' hotel. Cooked breakfast was only just warm and the evening meal was bland. You'll find somewhere better and be made to feel more welcome i;m sure. I won't return.

Amazing value hotel. Clean room, massive bed. Great convenient location in the city centre. Great value pre-theatre meal and menu. Can'tt faulkt it. Will definately stay here again.

The building was moderate and not particularly new or historic.
The morning buffet was also quite standard, not unique or bad.
A bit far from the central station to walk.
