"I had a lovely stay here. The location is fantastic with lots of things going on all around and most places are a short walk away. The staff were very accommodating and polite. There's not a lift so you do need to walk up stairs. Before arriving, I requested a room on the lowest possible floor to minimise climbing for my mother and the staff were responsive and helpful. The service from Sanjay and Ruth was excellent. The breakfast was yummy and they had vegan-friendly options too! I was worried the room would be a bit small for two people but it was lovely, the shower was great and it was actually quite spacious. I was also impressed with how secure the hotel was and Anne-Marie on the front desk was really pleasant to chat with at any time. I would definitely recommend this place and I would be very happy to stay here again!"

"The hotel is located at Cardiff city centre! Very convenient to travel around Cardiff. Cardiff Castle is just round the corner. Breakfast was good! Room is clean and bright! We enjoyed our stay there very much!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was very clean and cozy. The TV was great for watching the World Cup. However, the front desk initially assigned me a terrible room. As a member from Zhuji, I was quite disappointed. I had to change rooms twice. Aside from that, everything else was good."

"Price was much more affordable than other hotels in the same area. Great location. The check-in time was 3PM but displayed here 2PM, called the number at the reception and the lady still let me check-in early. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom as well, however I booked a double bed but it was 2 singles put into one. The water in the shower was way too hot though, I was twisting the knob and wait for each of them for a while but it’s just keep getting hotter so eventually I took mixed it the cold water from the faucet pour it in the tub. Overall nice experience"

"I am unsure why these apartments have bad reviews. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and had all we needed for a great weekend in Cardiff. Location is fantastic, great communication between who we booked through and urban apartments themselves. Check in/out was easy. Our apartment did have AC it was not fantastic but it definitely kept heat down (we were there over heatwave weekend) I would 100 percent book these again when visiting Cardiff and thank you for a fab stay :)"
