"The location of the room is very good. There is a sea view outside the window. It should be a newly renovated room by the landlord. A microwave and refrigerator are also provided for use. The landlord is very nice, but he is not very good at using the heating in the room, so it is a little cold at night, but that is not a problem. ."

"The location is great, walking distance from the train and bus station, so transport was a breeze. They were able to get an early check in for us, which was really helpful. Rooms are well equipped and spacious with views of the beach. Staff are kind and welcoming, would definitely recommend staying here."

"Booked one night after getting back from Rhossili. Picked it purely for the location — right across from Swansea train station, which made things easy with luggage. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough for one night. Shower worked fine. The building feels a bit dated and you can hear noise from outside, but for a one-night stop before catching a train, it did the job."

"Stayed in the townhouse. Staff brilliant ( I cant remember his name sorry) but lovely gent showed us to the room, carrying a case for us. Room was lovely, even came with bath robes. Went to the bar for a few drinks before heading to the Swansea Arena which is only a few minutes away, Nice selection of cocktails and beers, really nice atmosphere. Lovely sleep then woke to a gorgeous freshly cooked Welsh breakfast. Really nice stay was had by the both of us"

"What i liked- The beds and bed linen at Premier Inns are always first class. Lovely location Bath available in the bathroom What i didnt like - Couldnt open the window Aircon very noisy Weird smell in the room which i think was the shower curtain Disappointing view - not a waterfront view!"
