Beautiful old style Hotel, large rooms and an entrance from an elegant age, simply beautiful. Real class, only had the one night, but in Cardiff and I will stay again. Staff were friendly and helpful 🙂

The curtains are mouldy. The rooms are not small but the facilities are old. I'm really sorry for the price. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are average. It's no different from a chain hotel, but it's a lot more expensive.

Fab stay,stayed here while attending concert.very comfortable great comfy beds,ok there will be noise it’s an old hotel,but it’s so convenient walking distance into town..(take ear plugs).if needed.we did didn’t use. We have stayed here before,so we returned. Car park at the rear of the hotel £15.00 for 24 hrs,(beat that in Cardiff). We will definitely return…staff super friendly

On arrival was told lift was out of action. Carried my case up 3 flights of stairs, quite tiring as they were carpeted.Arrived back on 2nd day and keycard didn't work, back down to reception for another which didn't work either. I said I'd have to have a breather before climbing 3 flights for the 3rd time only to be told there was another lift!!

Hotel is in easy walking distance of the citye centre, staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and the room was clean, tidy and perfect for my stay.

Well positioned ,clean with pleasant staff. We stayed in 315 which was warm and quiet on the third floor away from any noise . (Just check the hot water as it seemed very hot ) The building is of an age but acceptable with some parking which could be a squeeze and on a first come first serve basis at £15.00 a day which was cheaper than most places around !(get there early if you want a space )or look into park and ride Good breakfast which sets you up for the day . We both enjoyed it and would stay again .
