The staff is very happy and enthusiastic, the new room is very clean, the small room is cozy. However, the room lacks a small table with a chair, so guests can place their laptops, small items or sit and work.

A nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Disappointed that there was no kettle and also the room was cold. I tried to increase room temperature to 27C but it wouldn't adjust above 23C, which felt cold to me!!!

The hotel is easy to access which take about 15 minutes from city centre to the hotel. The staff is nice and polite. However, desk and chair are not provided in the room which caused some inconvenience. General speaking, the the facilities is fair.
