The check in process was great! It didn't take to long and the lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile. The room was good it felt alright little stale but it was clean and the bed was comfy. The outside could use some work. My bath was great nice size tub.I think next time I well definitely try a suit.

Every time i am in the Montebello area this is my choice of stay. I’ve stayed at others near by. All I can say is ewww.
Best western in Montebello by the golf course will always be my go to place.

I really liked the suite with the separate bedroom from the living room/kitchenette, the space was clean, the breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and it has a convenient location right off the highway and near to our destination and a grocery store. The 2 issues were 1) the TV/cable service was inconsistent e.g. we had to watch the Super Bowl game in Spanish, but the commercials were in English and another time our movie stopped mid streaming (I normally would not have noticed but was housebound due to a medical procedure) 2) while there is a kitchenette it is not stocked, so supplies like tableware and cooking pots/utensils have to be requested (may not be an issue for most). We spoke with the manager who listened, was not defensive at all, and gave us a discount for our inconvenience (even though we did not request one) and will hopefully address the few shortcomings. Also I had a nice morning walk, felt safe, and there is a coffee shop within walking distance. While we did not use the outdoor pool, spa, and dining area, they were clean and inviting, though I did notice some maintenance needed on the walkway. I would definitely stay there again.

We had to leave a day early. The hotel had a problem with a main waterline and didn’t have water. The bathroom in my room was broken, I let them know and they said they could just turn the water off to the toilet since it was a lengthy fix and I was staying for 3 nights. The concierge David was great, but with all the problems especially not having water, we had to leave. I have 3 little kids under 5 and we needed to have running water. Not to mention that is a health and safety violation to not have running water in the ENTIRE hotel!
