"Check in and check out were easy with friendly staff. Nothing fancy but it was nice having the refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. There is some noticeable noise from the freeway but I stopped noticing it after a short time."

"I booked a Castle Knight room, but the front desk changed it to a Pirate room with a balcony for an extra 30 yuan. It was very far from the elevator; it took me ages to walk there. Parking was 40 yuan, a bit expensive. The hallway smelled strongly, a mixture of body odor and some other unidentified odor. Breakfast was on the first floor of the Castle Hotel; it was rather ordinary and not worth booking unless necessary."

"The front desk lady Debbie was very nice and helpful and the i like being close to the outlets and the motel is very nice on the inside and so are the rooms, especially for the value of the room the room was very nice. Also very clean rooms very well taken care of. Noise levels are also very quiet and nice. I love how accessible all the amenities are especially with the pool being right out by our room. Honestly this motel has everything to offer! Very nice lobby too there was a little store in the lobby! I would recommend this hotel to someone with my same budget because it’s nice to be by the outlets!"
