Wonderful setting directly across the beach. Live music outside nightly at Chandler’s restaurant. Rooms nice, updated. Most importantly the STAFF were SIMPLY WONDERFUL—hospital, helpful, friendly!

The hotel was fabulous! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was very enjoyable. The staff were all very helpful. My only complaint would be to get better toilet paper, a little more cushy for the tooshie. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

The presentation The bed The overall experience ! My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary at the property. We will most definitely be back! And a a special shout out to Beck Bruolly for making the room special for us! My wife really loved it!

Your staff was exceptional, especially the desk staff. All of the staff who serviced the wedding reception were the nicest and helpful I have ever encountered. I have one major suggestion for the Hilton Cape Rey, with your excellent staff and location why in the world do you have ancient, dirty carpeting throughout the building??!! I didn't even want to go barefoot in my room! Even the chair in the room was old and frayed and dirty. I put a towel down to sit on it. I have praise for ALL of the staff but was so turned off by carpeting in the hallways and rooms.

Great views of the ocean, delicious food, relaxing spa experience and excellent service! My wife and I visited Cape Ray Carlsbad for our anniversary and we’re so happy that we did. The staff was very welcoming and the property is beautiful. I would definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony; it was wonderful place to sit and take in the beautiful ocean views as we enjoyed our morning coffee. The location of the resort is also perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach and the hotel offered a shuttle to and from Carlsbad Village when we want to venture out. We will definitely be back!
