Nice place to stay

Got sick after staying in the resort. The cleaning lady was sick and she used her cloth to clean her nose. Then she touched our towels.

Exceptional resort with great white staff. Very child friendly which is a huge plus being as across the street from Legoland. If that's in your itinerary, definitely recommend

•Had a horrible experience again at this resort I booked 2 night stay for my 29 year anniversary trip. Unfortunately it was not a great experience due to the lack of customer service and Management support I tried to check in on 4/11/24 to a two bedroom condo suite. The resort for some odd reason separated my reservation into 2 different ones and I was not allowed to stay in the same room for both day I had to move room the next day after speaking with a assistant manager and being reassured the the move would be seamless and with absolutely no issues the would reserve a room to be ready for me to move into that was a lie I was being very proactive and staying in contrite the front seat to make sure this wouldn't go wrong unfortunately this was also adding to the bad experience as I kept being told the manager was not in then to be told there in a meeting and lastly the had an emergency which totally seemed like I was just being told this so that I would leave and come back later every time l came back it was excuse after excuse this is not acceptable customer service and or care I would not recommend coming here due to lack of customer service and communications between management and front desk each stay was $367 dollars and it was totally not worth it be forewarned not to book here. I would not be coming back I have been booking here for over 5 years and this resort has lost a customer due to the unprofessional service and behavior.

We got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Was perfect for our family of 2 kids, mom, dad and grandma. Only complaint is the king bed mattress is rock hard like OMG sleeping on the floor would have been softer. The kids beds were nice memory foam and comfy. Even the pull out sofa was more comfortable. But the pool, and kids splash pad area are nice. Would stay here again.

Stayed during our Legoland visit, hotel was very good and walkable to Legoland. Had some activities for kids but we couldn’t explore. Kitchen is not well stocked, apart from that no complaints

Great location and spacious villas!!

This is an excellent family-friendly hotel. We loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious and in good shape - plenty of closets and comfortable beds. The kitchen was better stocked than our first apartment - had everything and was super clean. The pool and amenities are wonderful for kids. The washers and driers are always available and are new units. You can walk to Karl Strauss and legoland. We would highly recommend this place.
