Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

I highly recommend this place if you have kids, you don't have to tiptoe around all the time like at other hotels because everyone staying there has kids. I don't mean you should let your kids act crazy, but you don't feel bad letting the kids let loose a little - let them dance in the elevators, etc. The lady who checked us in was super warm and friendly which was a nice intro to the hotel. The kids did a little treasure hunt and each kid got a cute little Lego set. There is free water and honest juice pouches plus the usual coffee/coffee maker. The breakfast buffet was super good and we love that it was included in our stay . The beds were comfy. There is space for 3 kids in the front and they get their own tv and nightlight. All in all, we had a great time at the hotel and I think it's a must do if your kids love Lego as much as ours do. My kids were a little older than most of the kids there (8 and 10), but still had a great time. The hotel is not fancy but it was a lot of fun, and all the employees there were super nice, and of friendly employees a special recognition to Jorge Ignacio who made our stay very nice while we were getting our room he gave us bottles of water that we really needed after a long trip and a minifigure, really a good guy and the girl from the frontdesk Adel for her kindness and good humor, really both with great quality and professionalism.

Without a doubt it is a great hotel we stayed 2 nights in a themed room the decor and cleanliness are remarkable the room is very comfortable the staff very friendly especially Jorge Ignacio who made our stay very cheerful he is a very nice young man with attention, I also recognize the work of Adel of frontdesk who helped us check in really are very nice people who make this hotel great.

This week was one to remember. First time experience for all three of us (hubby, my 5 year old son and I This was a childhood dream came true for all of us. We were blessed with being able to get the full on experience with themed room at Legoland Hotel, birthday celebration, in house breakfast, character meet & greet and lots of activities in the hotel. Upon arrival we were assisted with our luggage, you get a luggage claim ticket and they take everything up to your room for you. Our room was pirate themed It got a little noisy around 8am (people heading to breakfast) and around 9pm (people heading to their room after the pool or night activities), nothing major though. No other issues in our room at all. Breakfast was phenomenal!!!!! It's included with your stay. Buffet style wth so much to choose from. Omelet bar, yogurt, fruit, toast, smoothies, oatmeal, cereal, BACON, ham, sautéed veggies ... etc.... we met Jorge Ignacio who fortunately had a space baby my son was fascinated very nice guy talked with my son and congratulated him on his birthday he does a great job in this hotel this boy. All staff was super nice and friendly. Dance party from 6-9pm was super fun! My son decided to dance the very last night we were there in his Kai costume which gave him a lot of attention. Pool is decent and accommodates to all ages, they provide life jackets and towels. Giant water legos were a hit, but I can see how the older kids can take over on those... Check out was a breeze. After breakfast we walked up to valet, they asked for our room number, they went up to our room to get our luggage and when we came back down, our car was there, our luggage was all loaded and we were ready to go. My son had 3 favorite parts to the hotel: 1. The elevator ride was always a party. 2. Whoopie cushion outside the elevator 3. Find a space baby with Jorge Overall, my son had a blast and kept saying "I'm going to miss this place" We will return soon!

First time coming to this hotel and was very impressed. I wasn't really a "lego" fan, however, when coming here, I was instantly changed into decorations and theme for the hotel was fabulous. We loved that you can get a new lego kit each night after you answered all of your clues to open your safe. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. In fact I would like to make a special thanks to Jorge Ignacio I must recognize the work of this great guy that's why I write this review that really is a guy with great customer service, I give lego badges to my children were delighted. And another special thanks to a girl from the restaurant I think her name is Marissa for her great attention and dedication to her work. legoland not only has a great hotel, it has a great staff too. The big bonus is that it is literally footsteps from the park. Super convenient and we would definitely come back again.

We have a family of five and stayed just one night (it was our second time staying). The rooms are good sized. There are a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed so all our kids have their own area. The room was a private theme and super creative. Although it is a little disconcerting to check in for the buffet there will always be someone to help you, in this case a staff person Jorge I. explained and took us to the area where it is done, great detail on his part very nice, on the way he told us about a magician who was great to be with as well and about activities in the hotel great job by this guy Jorge I. So make sure to have breakfast there. The buffet is super good and has a great variety. You can get fruits, pancakes and meat options. The elevator has a special surprise too! The added bonus: You get early entry into the park. We hit up about five rides before 10am. We walked into all of them: no lines at all!

It’s a nice clean immersive experience. Unfortunately they fail completely on the very few basics. Running out of hot water (I do mean cold showers) is just not something that should happen in any half way decent hotel. At first we thought there was a problem with the entire system but many hours later (11 pm) the water got hot in the shower finally. The sink never did have hot water. So it’s a great place to stay if your family like bracing cold showers but otherwise - maybe try another hotel. Oh and yes, we did report it. Their system only allows you to report problems with an AI agent. That was fun as they sent maintenance to the wrong room in our multi family party. They don’t check the room number prior. This makes it impossible to determine the root cause or actually talk to a human. They have no phones in the rooms anymore so if there is a cell outage you have no means to communicate
