The location is excellent, in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the train station, tram is at the door, very close to the old market square, very convenient for eating and attractions. The front desk service is good, but the luggage storage fee is 2 pounds.

Excellent hotel in a good location.
However, hygiene leaves something to be desired and is not equally clean everywhere.
Everything is also a bit dated

The staff were so nice and polite . They allowed us checked in before the check in time absolutely good. Enjoyed our stay there and the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was nice however the bed wasn’t quite comfortable and the room was dull lighted, and the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t quite upto the mark for a cold weather environment

They cancelled my booking and I had to book again paying extra price. There were no slippers and toothpaste, toilet rolls were used.
