Our stay was very good. A few small issues like towel rail loose and drawer handle missing but good size room well equiped plenty if tea, coffee and milk. Great choice for breakfast and very reasonably priced to include breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Good position close to centre of town.

Travelled for a famiky funeral and we could not fault the hotel or it's staff at all.

Another lovely stay at the Boars Head, lovely room we had room 23. Lovely food again at lunch time, we had the Carvery, very good Atmosphere. Will stay here every time we are in Carmarthen, hotel is right in the center of town, staff were lovely too.

I have for the past 6 months been patronising the Boars Head hotel as am an agency nurse in Carmarthen. Everything is exceptional. The rooms are clean and tidy. They have recently done beautiful renovations so there are new carpets and beds. The food in the restaurant is really scrumptious. I ate all meals breakfast, lunch and evening meals and it is lovely food beautifully presented and value for money. The staff with special mention to Thomas, Casey, Beth and Cheryl but honestly they have an awesome crew. I also loved the cleaning ladies who were so helpful and kind. I cant forget their lovely manager David who was very lovely too. Thank you Boars Head for the beautiful welcome it was as if I was at another home. Long may it continue. I will be bringing my family too as my daughter turns 18 and she will be having her party at the Boars head.

Very friendly welcome, newly refurbished room with new carpets, spotlessly clean and a tasty breakfast with good choice. Location right in the middle of Carmarthen so very convenient. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening but did have a drink at the bar - good selection of local ales and well priced. Would stay again when visiting with work!

What an absolutely delightful hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was well appointed with the comfiest bed. WiFi was excellent with lots of charging facilities in the room. Breakfast was included and was excellent, self service for tea, coffee, juices etc and cereals then a full cooked option, omelette or sausage or bacon sandwiches etc. Excellent value for money, situated right in the town and on site parking. Highly recommended.
