DOLPHIN LANE MOTEL

Great motel, we have used them for years. We rent the house across the street from the mote, but it's owned by the motel. We've used them for years, and plan to continue. It's old, but no complaints. Even the second floor is good.

Beds are comfy, bring your own pillow! Room 123 is the best if you are looking to walk to the beach or lay by the pool. Affordable price. Staff is friendly, great place to stay! Look forward to my visit next May!!

DO NOT RENT. Having stayed here multiple times because of the Location, getting passed the dirty floors and awful bathrooms. Simply called for my grandmother to speak to a man about room prices, mind you my grandma is booking it and coming on the trip with us. I got frustrated because he wouldn’t tell me anything so I simply said “here granny you talk to him” and then instead of proceeding with the sale like a good representative he started saying “if that guy doesn’t like how I ask questions then he can call somewhere else” my grandma said “it’s me now, we come here every year I just wanna see the prices” he continued on about how you have to be over 25 even after hearing my grandmother on the phone knowing she would be there and overall his EGO got the best of him. This was at 7pm on Friday march 10th and I know they won’t do anything considering the rooms are always dirty and hardly cleaned up when we arrive but the location is so good it’s almost worth it but dealing with this insufficient man has ruined this motel for me completely. I can get a super nice air BNB with updated electronics cleaned to a T for literally $50 cheaper per night. DO NOT RENT
