This hotel was great and very accommodating. The breakfast the staff awesome. I took sick late at night and everything was closed they went and found me something to drink to calm my stomach.

Located in Isla Verde right on the beach with beach access. Close to the airport, fairly close to other attractions but some are really far. Nice ***** of stores/restaurants in walking distance. Pool is nice and hotel staff is nice. Beach view rooms are amazing. Did not experience any loud noises or disturbances even though room was right in front of the elevator

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The Beach is Carolina Beach located in Isla verde. It’s an amazing beach and so much fun. The pool at this resort is one of the best of all times! The service and the location at Royal Sonesta in PR are amazing! I want to send a huge thank you to the front desk manager, Aimee! She made our stay/vacation exceptional all the way around. We had such a blast in paradise w/ you all.. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel and everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially our room attendant, Hilton. He went above and beyond making sure our rooms were taken care of. The beach restaurant was delicious and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

1 not the best for the money disappointed room musty and key did not work. Service came quickly however not 5 star rated more like 3 star hotel! Everything closes early ! Better choices for top rated this room smells sheets damp and floor dirty on your feet very disappointed for money spent to a getaway 3 day

The best experience I’ve ever had! First time ever in Puerto Rico, and you guys had knocked it out of the park!! The special birthday cake and how room attendant Shailees Cruz Melendez made the towel tower with the 50 @ top !! Outstanding!! Top notch
