"My experience was terrible! My wife and I was singled out with getting the real experience of the hotel and our room was only cleaned 1 time even though we stay3 nights and 4 days…. The shower leaked water, the valet put us last everyday even if we were first!! Everyone got drinks except for us when we arrived nor did we receive a beach towels like everyone us, it was such a disappointment. It makes my wonder was it because we are black"

"The hotel environment and facilities are decent. The beach is also nice. However, its location right next to the airport means that the noise of planes taking off is constant, starting as early as 5 AM, which disturbs sleep. Surprisingly, the entire hotel doesn't provide a microwave for guests. There's no airport shuttle service. Booking here during spring break is double the usual price, so it's not worth it."
