Este pequeno hotel tiene muy buen desayuno, cerca de la playa - a traves de un puente peatonal, ya que la autopista pasa por alli - y muy buen trato del personal. Me comentaron que estarán renovando las aberturas para mayor insonorizacion, y cambiaran las alfombras por pisos ceramicos, lo cual es muy bueno. Sugeriria revisen las almohadas, lavarlas mas seguido. El colchon estaba bien, las sabanas bien, el banio basico, limpio, frigobar, aire acondicionado. Cumplio su funcion. Alli hay varios hoteles chicos, famoso restaurante "la panaderia". Y cuzando el puente peatonal, estan todos los bares y testaurantes basicos de la zona con comidas tipicas, la playa en si es linda y comoda, tienen alquiler de reposeras, y es lindo para hacer una buena caminata, para un lado y para el otro.

Freshly cleaned room was a comforting smell.
Add to that, a friendly counter attendant, with sensitivity to our needs, who anticipated things we would likely need or want to know. Very comfortable bed and fresh, soft bedding. All this made for a very comfortable night and restful sleep.
I would choose this spot again.

The worse CS I have experience. made reservations next day no one could find it. after the 3rd time i made it do to the convenience location, i was told i could check in at 2:30, i arrived at 240, i was told come back at 3, return at 3 and had to wait until 345. the place was a dump the locks were from 1950, the door had no seal you could see daylight all night and you could hear all the traffic and people talking while they walk by.

The room was convenient. Although I was a bit disappointed because the shower faucets were not labeled for hot&cold water, therefore I had a hard time regulating the water to warm, the shower had tiles which was very unsafe and slippery with no shower mat, there was a folding chair in the shower that’s used for picnics and it was dirty, the carpet in the room had a stain on it and worst of all, the were no blankets or quilt only sheets for covers. The lock to the entrance door gave us a problem to open and close. Parking was convenient. There was a discrepancy with charges on my credit card and the hotel manager was very rude over the phone and told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company because he wasn’t going to do anything. I do not recommend this hotel if your traveling into Puerto Rico from somewhere else because you will be disappointed.

The staff here is amazing This place has parking and beds are very comfortable I will definitely come.stau here again. Breakfast I didn't experience as I was here for a conference at Royal Sonesta so ate there but my Mom ate the breakfast and was not happy with it. The room did not have good seal of the door to balcony..we had some mosquitoes and ants. They need to seal the outdoor door to the balcony so insects can't get in..was awesome to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Thr beds pillows extremely comfortable and the linens were excellent. Incase happy here overall The staff was out of this world 🌎

Conveniently located near SJU, this hotel has all you need. Room comfortable, good free breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Reasonably priced. We had last minute flight cancellation and this was perfect !

Glad they had an open room, as our twice rescheduled flight meant we had to find one at the last minute. Right on a busy city street, easy to find, with included parking. However, since the building is island-style cement construction, you don't have any disturbance from the traffic. A Plus! Room is just fine for sleeping, showering and getting back on the road. Very kind and engaging staff. Very clean... Everything smells new and fresh! No scent of cigarettes, either. Recommended as a great value and would certainly stay again.
