No busboys, server’s had to wait tables and bus. When you got 60 to 100 people eating not having busboys it too away from the service. Waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get a refill on coffee is horrible for a nice resort. Breakfast was the worst with waiters having to bus 30 to 40 people using the breakfast bar really took away from the guests who were ordering, had to get up 2 times and refill my own coffee from breakfast bar, just not good. Note, the waiters were great. Very friendly and helpful, just had their hands tied by not having busboys. Plus for being on an island, the dinner menu could have been better. Only ate there 3 times, took a cab and went to local restaurants.

Please pay your employees for what they are value. I noticed two employees Johansson and angel David two bartenders. They were the only two employees working up to 4 job duties at the time. I saw them bartend, be waiters, busboys. Dishwasher and on top of it all doing management jobs. Very impressive but if not compensated properly they will quit.

Airport runway 500 feet from hotel with planes taking off every 5 minutes. Loud wedding with music blasting into midnight hour. Staff was friendly. Property needs upgrading but probably not worth it due to location. Would never book here again.

Want to say hotel is excellent and staff is super helpful. Athena Xu at the executive lounge is outstanding. Extremely professional and sets the standard for service excellence. Looking forward to staying there again in July. Great location , price is competitive and great staff. Jim

El hotel me asignó la habitación 309 en el tercer piso donde estaban haciendo arreglos a otras habitaciones, me tocó sufrir el escándalo de los contratistas desde muy temprano, ruido de martillos y movimiento de materiales. Hice un video y se lo mostré al gerente del hotel quien en vez de ayudar se burló de mí y me trató de forma grosera y despectiva. No recomiendo a nadie este hotel, no cumple los estándares que supuestamente anuncia Marriot en sus redes y páginas oficiales. Evitense un mal rato y no se queden en este hotel.
