Todo muy bien, pero no hacen la habitación diariamente, tuvimos problemas con ello, ya que la pedíamos hacer e igual no lo hacían… precio calidad me pareció muy costoso.

Oh we stay was good, rooms are very small. Staff in the lobby made mistake after a mistake. Didn’t give us what we needed for the parking lot several times. Price was expensive but I guess that is what to expect in a semi nice hotel in San Juan.

I came to this property to stay and the first night I got there there no lights . They really low then the showers leak water on the floors where we had to use towels to everyday to keep it dry. Then at night getting in bed a roach was crawling up my bed . I went to front desk and I wasn’t even accommodated a upgrade in room when I had the pic of roach . I was moved to another room there was no sorry not credit nothing rewarded to me . Another throng is they charged u 15 dollars a day parking and 300 deposit hold

It's a small property - good property for the money. Directly acorss the street from the beach. The staff was very nice. 2 restaurants and a bar on-site. They close at 10pm however there are several 24 restaurants located within 1 or 2 blocks walking distance. Maybe less than 10 minutes from the airport. It is situated on a main busy street, so if you are looking for something, spread out, or "away" from the hustle and bustle, this is not the place for you. The room was very clean and was serviced daily. We had a balcony room. Only drawback was that they did not supply any chairs for the balcony. Over-all, satisfied with my stay.

Even though the hotel is very pretty and modern and eclectic the rooms Were Somehow not very clean. The bathroom wasn't very clean at . The room and facility needs some loving. The girl who helped us when we checked in was so sweet her name is Alexandra.
