The hotel is ok. The quality of bedsheet is average. The lamps were not working.

Muy buen hotel en la ciudad de Cartagena. Buen precio, habitación familiar silenciosa, buen desayuno aunque podría variar más, buena atención, limpieza, parqueadero, agua tibia, baños bonitos, espacio para ir de vacaciones y escritorio con luz individual para trabajar, con bien wi-fi, camas muy cómodas, piscina calientita y la vista de ciudad inmejorable. Adicional tiene D1, centro comercial y gasolinería, todo a una cuadra de distancia.

Bed is hard as a rock, thin sheets, shower is terrible built it leaks water into the area where the bed is, no hot water for shower, ac doesn’t get cold. I had booked for 3 days and 2 nights I left early it was that bad I couldn’t stay another night and I have tons of bites on my arms/legs from the bed.

Me quede en este lugar solo por la bañera de hidromasaje, para mi sorpresa no tiene agua caliente, ni el la bañera ni en la ducha regular, ni lo pude utilizar. El resto del cuanto estaba bien. Cama muy comoda y con mucho espacio, la terraza con la picina es excelente. El desayuno es muy basico pero estaba bueno. El personal es excelente, todos muy amables.

Realice una reserva por medio de la aplicación tripadvisor, cancele el valor que le dijeron y al momento de hacer el check out en el hotel no se vio reflejado el dinero que consigne en la aplicación sino un valor menor y afectó mi facturación electrónica.

me encanta la ubicación, esta cerca de supermercados, comida y transporte. Muy lindas la habitaciones, se reservo una con jacuzzi le da un plus genial , tiene una piscina increíble. limpieza muy buena y servicio bueno.

Una mala atención al cliente, fue lo recibido el jueves 29 Dic / 2022; deberían tenerlo en cuenta, porque generalmente resulta en menos clientes, lo que se traduce en menores ventas y ganancias para su negocio. 🚩Es mejor no intentar ahorrar dinero en capacitación del personal de atención al cliente, los niveles y calidad de este servicio disminuirán de forma notoria. Al llegar al lobby del hotel, en Cartagena no fue posible conocer las instalaciones y demás. como medida de avanzada para así, poder coordinar y decidir con los demás familiares el poder hospedarnos. Ya que venían encarabana por carretera. (ya que este hotel esta cerca de turbaco - sitio en donde estaríamos compartiendo) Por otra parte resalto, el esmero y preocupación por parte de la funcionaria que nos contesto la llamada y los Wapp (desde Medellin)
