The hotel is ok. The quality of bedsheet is average. The lamps were not working.

Muy buen hotel en la ciudad de Cartagena. Buen precio, habitación familiar silenciosa, buen desayuno aunque podría variar más, buena atención, limpieza, parqueadero, agua tibia, baños bonitos, espacio para ir de vacaciones y escritorio con luz individual para trabajar, con bien wi-fi, camas muy cómodas, piscina calientita y la vista de ciudad inmejorable. Adicional tiene D1, centro comercial y gasolinería, todo a una cuadra de distancia.

Bed is hard as a rock, thin sheets, shower is terrible built it leaks water into the area where the bed is, no hot water for shower, ac doesn’t get cold. I had booked for 3 days and 2 nights I left early it was that bad I couldn’t stay another night and I have tons of bites on my arms/legs from the bed.

I stayed in this place only for the hot tub, to my surprise it does not have hot water, neither in the bathtub nor in the regular shower, nor could I use it. The rest of the amount was fine. Very comfortable bed and plenty of space, the terrace with the pool is excellent. Breakfast is very basic but it was good. The staff is excellent, all very friendly.

I love the location, it is close to supermarkets, food and transportation. The rooms are very nice, I booked one with a jacuzzi which gives it a great plus, it has an incredible pool. very good cleaning and good service.
