Location meant we could return to the hotel for a break from the hot humid weather during the day, have a swim, cool off and go out again.

Desde el momento en que llegué, fui recibido con una cálida bienvenida y un servicio impecable que hizo que mi estancia fuera inolvidable. Las instalaciones estaban impecables y la atención al detalle en cada aspecto fue notable. Desde la comodidad de la habitación hasta la exquisita comida en el restaurante, todo superó mis expectativas. Especialmente quiero reconocer el excelente servicio brindado por Edwin en recepción, quien siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar, e inclusive nos ayudo con reservas para actividades y nos recomendó excelentes actividades. Además, quiero agradecer a Rodolfo, Carlos y Jose , por su amabilidad y hospitalidad. Por último, pero no menos importante, quiero destacar el trabajo impecable de Carmen, la encargada de la limpieza, por mantener mi habitación impecable y confortable durante toda mi estancia. Su dedicación y profesionalismo son dignos de elogio. Su amabilidad, atención y disposición para ayudar hicieron que mi estancia fuera aún más placentera. Su dedicación a garantizar la satisfacción de los huéspedes no pasó desapercibida y realmente marcó la diferencia Además, su ubicación en el centro ofrece acceso a una amplia variedad de restaurantes y actividades, todo a poca distancia a pie, lo que garantiza una experiencia conveniente y llena de opciones para los huéspedes. A pesar del bullicio y los gritos en la noche debido a su ubicación céntrica y concurrida, una ventaja destacable del hotel es que en los cuartos apenas se escucha el ruido exterior, lo que permite un descanso relativamente tranquilo y confortable

Mi familia y yo, tuvimos una experiencia fantástica. La atención del personal del hotel es espectacular. Se desviven por atenderte a cualquier mínima necesidad del huésped. El desayuno es muy bien presentado y delicioso. Las habitaciones aunque pequeñas, son bastante cómodas y tienen lo necesario para hacerte sentir bien.

My husband and I visited Cartagena with our two youngest sons - 16 and 20 - and stayed here for our first two night. Absolutely amazing service and location (how is it somewhat walkable? It needs 100 for walkable, it’s right in the historic center.). Beautiful rooms and balcony over the street. Breakfast very good and eggs made to order - waffles on . Special thanks to Rodolfo, who went out of his way to make us feel special and helped with our next hotel and beach tours. Really excellent service. Jhon at the bar and Ivan was great too - he walked us to the pier to catch our boat! Nothing I’d change. Bed and pillows comfortable, shower was great. Thank you for a great stay!!

Overall, the property was clean, and tastefully decorated. The room itself was stocked with lotion, q-tips, robes, fridge, safe - and a welcome candy treat. Nice touch.
The daily breakfast, while 'enough' was always the same, and became un-appetizing after the 2nd day of a 7-day stay. Change the menu items.
What made this hotel extra, was the staff. Carlos, Alejandro, Jhon, Antonio - and all those whose names I have forgotten. They treated me like "familia." They escorted me at night, if I wasn't quite sure where a place was, offered dining, shopping and tour suggestions. Maria was caring, coming to the room to offer first aid, when my friend hurt herself. And Thomas Dorvaux, the General Manager was always around, ensuring everyone was attended to.
First trip to Cartagena, and not the last. I will return to this hotel

The staff member are friendly and helpfull. All the hotel is very clean, breakfast it's great. The location of the hotel is the best inside the Wallcity.

La pasamos deli! Muy recomendado. Todos muy queridos y atentos a todas las necesidades que teníamos, se siente cómo estar en familia con las personas que trabajan en el hotel, el hotel muy lindo la comida deli, lo mas rico el volcán de chocolate con helado y los patacones con queso costeño y hogao 👌🏻
