O hotel é feio, mal cuidado, velho, sem manutenção. As toalhas estavam amarelas e cheias de mancha, o quarto fedendo a mofo e o banheiro estava um nojo. O ar condicionado estava quebrado e o quarto ventava e parecia um frigorífico. O atendimento é pessimo. Não ficamos nem uma hora. Arrumamos outra acomodação melhor localizada, mais cuidada e com atendimento excelente pelo mesmo preço. Ao cancelar a estadia, já tínhamos pagado os días que ficaríamos e a recepcionista se recusou a fazer o extorno do pagamento. Isso é, ficamos traumatizadas, fomos mal tratadas e estorquidas. Foi horrivel!

Reseve en este hotel a traves de aplicacion Booking, a través de las imagenes se veia interesante, tenia promocion y el. Precio quedaba económico, sin decir que era barato ( si uno reserva en un hotel barato, pues sabe a que debe atenerse, pero esto no era el caso). Cuando llegue el lobbi estaba sucion, todo se veia muy sucio y descuidado, pedi ver las habitaciones y estaba fatales, igual la piscina. Las imágenes que habia visto no correspondia a la realidad lidsd del lugar. Decidi no quedarme en este hotel y cancele la reserva. Por lobque vi no lo recomindo. Ademas porque como dije antes la relacion calidad precio esta desproporcionada.
