A acomodação excelente os banheiros estão sempre limpos e o pessoal da recepção sempre gentil. O café da manhã poderia começar um pouco mas cedo e colocar uma outra opção sem ser café. Além disso, gostei muito da minha experiência no hostel.

El lugar es excelente, muy limpio y el personal es muy atento, la ubicación es genial si se quiere disfrutar del centro histórico. Una grata experiencia. Una recomendación, en algunas ocasiones se debería hacer aseo a los baños más seguido.

The hostel is quite organized and the capsules are good to have some privacy. There is only one room though, which means it can be very noisy sometimes. Only 3 complete bathrooms, so, if it is weenkend or the city is full of tourists, you can take hours to get to the shower. Location is excellent and the price is very fair!

This place is simply terrible. We paid 25€/night (not cheap for Colombia) and when we arrived they told us that we have to pay for the towels and to wash the dishes ourselves after breakfast. When they showed me my bed it was obvious that the bedsheets were dirty: there were hairs from someone else. I asked to change them and the guy came with bedsheets taken from some other bed and not even freshly washed. Then I found a bug in the bed (see picture). Then this hostel has 40 beds and only 6 toilets..they are always dirty and busy, no soap, not properly working..The breakfast is nothing special but the problem is that there is not enough seats for everyone, you need to take turns to eat. One day we could not wait and had to skip it. Overall we spent a lot of time waiting for turns for toilets and breakfast. I would never go back and actually decided to sleep somewhere else for one day. Never recommended

The bedsheets weren’t changed (we tried 4 different beds and all were dirty from previous guests) bed boxes were not clean, you have to hurry up through breakfast as there isn’t enough space for everyone, not enough toilets and showers for the number of guests. I missed a nice common area to hangout. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights, ended up leaving earlier.
