Excelente atención. Para el cumpleaños de mi hermana le hicieron una sorpresa ya que nos trajeron una torta para cantar feliz cumpleaños. El desayuno tiene todo. El agua de la ducha no sale tibia, pero creo que es la temperatura que ellos usan habitualmente

We had a wonderful stay at Bantu Hotel. This cute boutique hotel is located in the heart of the walled city of Cartagena. It is conveniently located close to a variety of local experiences and is staffed by the most hospitable people. The food was delicious and the ambience was a beautiful. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Excellent service ! Roger helped us recommend and book amazing restaurants for us to dine in. The laundry service was excellent. The rooms are dark but everything was clean, nice and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Would definitely go there again.

If you’re looking for a nice scenic stay within the walled city the Bantu Hotel is a great choice. In walking distance to a lot of the historic sites. Though the staff is why I’m leaving this review. They were extremely helpful with our stay. Roger is fantastic by far. He made sure we had everything we needed. He made setting up tours and excursions easy and safe. For two women he helped us feel safe with venturing out to explore Cartagena. He was the best. The breakfast was also amazing as well as the rest of the staff. German was very attentive and friendly every morning of our stay. He even was familiar with our order towards the end of our stay. Not only would me and my friend highly recommend Bantu but we would choose to stay here again if every in Cartagena again.

Where do I begin? This is quite possibly the most amazing, comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in! The property is beautiful, more a large hacienda than a hotel, 2 beautiful pool areas, rooftop bar, fabulous breakfast and comfortable rooms right in the heart of the old town. But the the best asset is the staff! Herman was our waiter at breakfast very morning (We stayed 9 days) and always greeted us with a smile and a hug! Jorge was also great and Danielle, as well as every other staff member we encountered. We felt so at home, we never wanted to leave. The Colombian people are wonderful and kind. I can't wait to go back! Viva Colombia and Hotel Bantu

Beautiful remodeled colonial buildings with calming courtyards and water features. Think our room was 116. Two sets of huge double glass doors lets in plenty of sun. Felt like having our own pool villa. Hotel is located in the center of old town.
