This hotel is stunning! It is in a very convenient location and very walkable. The staff of the hotel specifically Rey & Elizabeth were so extremely helpful. I’m grateful that I was able to explore Cartagena from this location. In also a female solo traveler so I felt very safe!

Très grosse déception.
Des l’arrivée nous avons vu q’une fête privée était organisée sur le roof top juste
au dessus de notre chambre ( celle avec Jacuzzi petite et sans fenêtre.) Tatiana a la réception nous a rapidement proposé une suite Junior au rdc sans supplément ce qui était très gentil. Malheureusement le jour suivant des participants à un mariage qui occupaient une partie de l‘ hôtel ont chanté et crié jusqu’ a 4 h du matin réveillant tout le monde sans que personne n’interviennent… Insonorisation inexistante, bruit de talky walkies, de clients, de la chambre du dessus etc des 7h du matin…
Petit déjeuner limité en choix et qualité, chambres tristes et sombres, (les volets doivent rester fermés si vous voulez de l’intimidé…)
Parties communes, dalles piscine et mobilier défraîchi…
Nous cherchions un hôtel calme pour se reposer… Nous sommes parti après 2 nuits d’un séjour payé pour 4, seul point positif la gentillesse du personnel.
Il Y’a vraiment beaucoup mieux pour le même prix à Cartagena.

The staff was amazing! Rey took care of us and providing options to dine nearby. The only concern is the room facing courtyard is not soundproof so picks up all the noise and sounds of other guest. Otherwise despite that...everything else outweighs the noise.

Staff was amazing. premium products in the bathroom etc.
breakfast included options were not that great, but food wasn't bad.
Housekeeping cleans the room twice in the day. ACs are v effective in the so hot n humid weather

Hotel is in a great location and the property is great! However, our premium room with jetted tub did not hold up to our expectations. Personal room jetted jacuzzi and ceiling were not working the entire 4 night stay. Multiple maintenance visits could not fix the issue. After first maintenance visit, we were told it was fixed, however it still did not work and notified front desk again. After 3 separate maintenance visits we were told that we needed to reach out to *******. We were asking for a price adjustment since we didn't receive the amenities that our premium room was booked for. Additionally, room was about 50 feet from a rooftop bar that blasted music every night until 12:30-1:00am. We slept with earplugs every night. Hotel and grounds are beautiful, but it does not match a 5 star rating.
