Excellent location with everything at your doorstep. The facilities were ideal for a city break, and staff were very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

So, the property is weird, like the lofted section where we stayed was very poorly constructed and our neighbors bathroom was underneath so we could hear EVERYTHING they did and said. Also no real amenities.

Nul ! chambre humide et bruyante pas de pression dans la douche descriptif bien loin de la réalité alors que j ai passé une nuit à " soy local santa marta" qui était top ! celui ci est catastrophique ..il ne mérite pas le nom de soy local et le personnel n'est vraiment pas aimable😩 pas de bagagerie non plus je ne recommande pas

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, en la Ciudad Amurallada, por lo que es fácil trasladarse a los principales puntos de interés de Cartagena. La habitación tipo loft es espaciosa, aunque la segunda planta tiene techo muy bajo y la cama casi en el suelo (para personas altas esto podría ser un inconveniente). La decoración y las amenidades son bonitas pero básicas. Las puertas de los balcones y ventanas bloquean muy bien el ruido de la calle. La terraza del hotel tiene una piscina pequeñísima (si acaso para mojar los pies), no debería publicitarla siquiera como piscina. Tuvimos un inconveniente antes de llegar al hotel: recibimos un mensaje por medio de ******* que solicitaba información adicional de tarjetas de crédito que era un tipo de phising. Dichosamente no proporcionamos esa información, pero al parecer fueron vulnerados los sistemas informáticos del hotel
