Staff was great, the building itself wasn’t really clean in this covid time (doors and elevator weren’t washed really often). Breakfast was really really basic, we decided not to eat there even though we paid for it. Elevators are quite slow, only two for the 25+ floors. Rooms are not noise-cancelled, you have to hope for a room neighbour that isn’t noisy (we weren’t lucky). The bed is quite hard. The location is ok, quite far from downtown/old city with traffic.

Es un lugar súper recomendable limpio prolijo seguro con una hermosa vista del mar y atendido por gente muy amable y servicial. Como está en la primer línea de playa simplemente bajaba cruzaba la calle y ya estaba pisando la playa que gracias a obras de infraestructura ahora es mucho más grande que antes

Me encantó que la piscina del piso 11 permite que no llegue el sol sino hasta las 12 del medio día. La habitación súper grande y todo muy bien. El lobby muy amplio . Y todo muy bien los dos ascensores permiten que no haya mucho tiempo de espera. Los desayunos muy ricos y variados

The location was great, across the street was nice beach. Its not the Caribbean beach but the sand was nice and the water wasn't deep right away.
I have booked a standard room first i was on thr 17th floor and room was big but old and the bed was very uncomfortable they put 2 double beds together to make a king bed.
I changed to the 22nd floor. Room was smaller but it was renovated and had a regular king bed.
The breakfast buffet was small not many choices but coffee was great and also the waiter worked very hard.
Ok the pools were most disappointing. Very small, more closer to hottub size.

Hotel à FUIR ! Des gros voleurs. Ma femme etant enceinte nous avons demandé la veille un check out tardif ( 2h de plus que l’horaire autorisée. A l’accueil on nous dit que tout est ok. Arrive le moment de partir l’accueil nous impose de payer 200 000 COP soit 50 euros alors qu’une nuit est à 90€ ! On tombe des nus, personne nous a prevenu, je passe le fait que l’hygiene laissait à desirer et que la literie etait juste catastrophique. Bref, c’est juste inadmissible !
