I prepaid trough you web but when I arrived to the hotel the money of u guys to them NO was. I had to pay again at the counter of the hotel. Need to refund my money asap. The worst situation is that I have other prepaid booking this June 1st for 2 nights. It’s going to happening again. No money available will be at the hotel ???? Need answers right now. We trusted in you.

This is a 3.5/4 stars hotel. For the brand I was expecting a higher level of service and better facilities. The window in our bedroom was dirty to a point we could barely see the outside, some areas are in need of TLC, and some furniture needs replacement. The lighting in the room is not convenient ( either its fully bright or total darkness, no in between). The remote somehow didn’t control the tv (only the tv box). they felt the need to wake us up to remind us we needed to checkout by noon ( which I find cheap, rude and unnecessary). I came with higher expectations and was disappointed unfortunately. Favourable points: good bedding + friendly staff.

It was a pleasure to stay 4 days at the Radisson Ocean Pavilion, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet great , nice pool. The not-busy at all beach is right in front, super-easy walk-on , We had three dinners in the hotel restaurant which were all tasty , well prepared and quite reasonably priced. The only drawback is also an advantage: location. The hotel is close to the airport and right on the beach but offers no other interesting dining options in walking distance; the town center is a 10-min taxi ride which, in turn, was always readily available and cost a very modest 20K pesos. Would return any time.

Отель имеет очень выгодное расположение. Номера были с видом, но отель городского типа без балкона, а стекла двойные и с конденсатом, вид был на соседнее крыло. Завтрак не понравился, на любителя. Также все было не так аккуратно, как должно быть, на террасу ресторана прилетали птицы, которые воровали еду и делали общий вид не эстетичным. Отелю нужно реновация, веет старостью. На верхнем этаже есть зона отдыха и вид, джакузи и лежаки - самое интересное место в отеле. Недалеко от зоны рецепшн есть бар и ресторан, в ресторане было достаточно вкусно.
