Hotel viejísimo en mal estado , colchones que huelen a guardado. Las instalaciones son viejísimas el lobby, parece un museo de historia, los ascensores vibran y retumban como si se fueran a caer , la comida pésima, no recomiendo a nadie este hotel , el precio es carísimo y las instalaciones sucias malas y viejas , si lees esto no reserves en este hotel. No tiene relación calidad precio

Fila para o Check-in. Tivemos que pegar senha. Recomendo fechar antes das 15hs. Chegamos 15hs, só entramos no quarto após às 16hs. Quarto com visita para a Cidade, muito bom. Box do banheiro protege somente a metade. Recomendo!

Tenía preocupación por las opiniones, pero nada de eso paso, la habitación fue normal grande cómoda todo funciona normal, aseo normal toallas limpias todos los días. Los alimentación muy bien variados bien preparados y en la cantidad que quisiera pues era bufet. La atención bien no necesito que me alaguen solo que me atiendan normal y ya, No sentí olor a humedad y la verdad hubo ruidos pero nada que incomodar. Bueno a hora lo que si debe mejorar: 1 el aire acondicionado hay partes del hotel que son saunas, ese sistema de aire acondicionado general es muy poco efectivo. La división de los baños era poco efectiva y se mojaba el piso de todo el baño, deberían poner un tocador pequeño en el baño para organizar los utensilios de aseo. Las instalaciones en general deben tener más atención para que no se deterioren, cambiar una toma de corriente arreglar un loza arreglar un vidrio. En general una buena experiencia.

Las habitaciones tienen demasiado olor a humedad tanto que tuve que pedir cambio de habitación y las tres horas que permanecí en ésa habitación tuve que usar tapabocas por qué el olor era terrible pasillos con goteras la entrada del hotel huele feo no cambiaron toallas la puerta 🚪 del baño incompleto por lo cual se hace mucho reguero de agua 💧
