La atención fue muy mala. Al solicitar un servicio, me dijeron que harían una excepción como un favor, cuando en realidad solo esperaba que el hotel cumpliera con su deber, ya que estoy pagando por un servicio. El desayuno fue terrible, plagado de mosquitos, e incluso encontré cucarachas en mi maleta. Fue imposible descansar debido a un evento ruidoso al lado del hotel, y al día siguiente, el hotel organizó otro evento con un ruido insoportable debido al movimiento de sillas. Intentamos buscar otro hotel para poder descansar, pero lamentablemente, no había. No hubo mejoras en el servicio ni atención al cliente. Cuando pregunté a los empleados sobre el ruido, simplemente me dijeron que era así y que no podían hacer nada al respecto.

heavy construction around the area which is out of control of the property. but it is located right on the town center where there is major traffic including the party buses. so it is quite loud.

The hotel is classic style and centrally located in Cartagena. There is a very beautiful courtyard and roof terrace overlooking the city's central square. The rooms are nice and functionally perfect. The hotel is very well run and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Not least the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is in the perfect location right outside the walled city but not in the thick of it. The pool is alright but mainly I'm giving 5 stars because the beds and rooms were comfy, the breakfast was delicious, and the front desk was so accommodating to our needs.

This was truly a great experience. The hotel is very old colonial style with beautiful decor on the inside. Shower in the room is heavenly! The real bonus for us was the rooftop with bar/terrace overlooking the big square and old town below where you can watch the crowd go by and enjoy the sunset. There also is a roof top pool with enough sunbeds and a great a**osphere.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city within walking distance of pretty much everything. Only complaint would be the construction going on outside, but aside from that everything was great !
