Very pleasant stay, in a city that is the heart of Latin America, welcoming and of historical beauty. The best thing is that this hotel is located in the commercial and modern area of the city, combining location and impeccable services. I would definitely return and I recommend it for families, with children it is enjoyed equally.

Excelente, funcionários muito atenciosos, prestativos, ambiente acolhedor, café da manhã muito bom , cama e travesseiros muito limpos e confortáveis, chuveiro maravilhoso com água quente e fria. É a melhor localização no Bairro Bocagrande, tem tudo por perto (cafés, supermercados, vários restaurantes com preços justos, agência de turismo, etc). Gostei muito, recomendo.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Capilla del Mar. Upon arrival, they allowed us to do an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. We had requested a crib for our baby and it was there, as promised. The room was large, the beds were comfortable. The staff is very nice and always happy to help. Lastly, the food at the restaurant is delicious!

I really liked this hotel. The breakfast was decent. They were attentive to any concerns i had. The room I was in had an issue with the sink & the shower head leaking after use. Once they couldn't resolve the issue they changed me to another room, which was much better, with no issues. I was very satisfied. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke some English. It really helped that it was a convenient place to walk to the shops, free beaches, eateries and western union down the street. I'll definitely be returning here when I come back.

Property was conveniently located near the beach and able to taxi to el centro for 15,000 pesos ($4).
The restaurant offers tasty food for affordable cost. The breakfast was between 6-10am so had lots of time to eat. The pool area was small but not crowded. Great view from the balcony.

Poor location, worse than I expected. The beach nearby is dirty, poorly maintained and filled with aggressive sellers. Without a private beach club staying at this hotel doesnt make sense. The only interesting thing about the area is beach which is useless. Next time I will stay in another location
