Boutique hotel à la fois design et plein de charme, situé en plein centre de la vieille ville. Grandes chambres très bien équipées, personnel disponible et attentif, très bonne cuisine. Seul bemol, la piscine mériterait d'être rénovée. Un grand merci à Sheik Rojas pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

The hotel is lovely and the staff is also super helpful. If you planning to stay here be aware that this hotel is beyond noisy. It felt like sleeping on the street.
They need to do something about the noise - triple glassing, ear plugs in every room, anything

This is the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in the old town. Great location. The manager and staff are extremely pleasant, it was a nice touch getting a welcome cocktail of our choice, and then a complimentary room upgrade - the room upgrade was onto the main street so the manager did check with us on our noise sensitivity before assigning the room and then at breakfast the first morning - we slept really well, the beds were so comfy we didn't get woken by any noise. Breakfast was really good but quite difficult to explain our order as it wasn't a typical hotel breakfast style - our fault for not speaking any Spanish though. We enjoyed the pool area in the afternoon but it is a very small space and they could do with trying to increase the amount of beds / lounging options on the roof terrace.

No sabría como describir lo excelente que fue nuestra experiencia pero lo haré de la mejor forma posible. Nuestro viaje fue por un motivo muy especial, nuestra boda, y no pudimos haber tomado mejor decisión que el haber escogido a Casona Porvenir como nuestro lugar. Desde de el comienzo, Sheik, con cada detalle y atención hizo de esta experiencia algo único. Todo el equipo muy atento y eso lo agradecemos de corazón. Las habitaciones de 10, las más lindas que hemos visto en nuestra vida, y eso que hemos visto bastantes. Gracias equipo de Casa Del Porvenir, volveremos Muy pronto. Si estás decidiendo donde quedarte, créeme que esta es la mejor opción.

Staff friendly. Location is good in the centre of Cartagena. WIFI works well. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast options are wide. Drinks bit expensive, although given free cocktail on arrival. Swimming pool really poor - small and no shade so not practical in the heat.

Beautiful boutique hotel with great staff. They have nice cocktails at the bar. The design of the hotel is stunning. The street is very busy and noise whole evening.

Beautiful and chic inside and out. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Nice rooftop pool. Included breakfast has many great options. Staff is friendly and attentive. Special shout out to Sheik Rojas the hotel manager. He accommodated my ENTIRE extended family's stay for my wedding and went above and beyond for us, including organizing extra bartenders for an impromptu pre-wedding party!

Estadia e quarto maravilhosos, o que peca é o café da manhã e o restaurante, solicitei um serviço de quarto e a comida veio péssima. O café é bem limitado mas nada que atrapalhe. creio ser o único ponto negativo. Quartos excelentes, limpos, estrutura ótima. Tive um problema no SPA onde não passaram o serviço para a atendente inviabilizando a experiência escolhida.
