酒店位置很不錯～房間很大。對面有個大商場

酒店位置就在城堡對面，不過，不在古城內，雖然直線距離衹有幾百米，但是治安情況差距太大。酒店周圍是當地人居住區，有大超市，但是治安情況有些複雜。所有人都説，去古城不要走路，要叫車，即使很近。
酒店早餐很不錯，有鮮榨果汁，各種芝士。

Excelente experiência ... O hotel é muito aconchegante e os funcionários muito simpáticos. A localização é ótima, porém um pouco perigoso a noite, tendo em vista estar próximo de um local com moradores de rua. Durante o dia tranquilo, entretanto a noite requer um certo cuidado. Um ponto muito positivo é que está a menos de 50 metros de um shopping center e isso é muito legal, pois nos tempos vagos íamos olhar as lojas.
No geral um excelente hotel, fora que está em frente ao castelo de San Filipe e a 1,2 km da.cidade amuralhada.

Hotel a nuevo, muy lindas instalaciones, confortable, con vista al Castillo San Lázaro y a la ciudad nueva. El personal excelente!!!! 10 puntos realmente!!! Siempre muy atentos, son grandes anfitriones, desde el personal del restaurante, recepción, personal de servicio, así como su administrador. No solamente nos dieron una gran bienvenida, sino que además estuvieron al pendiente de lo que necesitáramos durante toda nuestra estadía. MUY RECOMENDABLE!!!!

Hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. Excellent service and the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had a great balcony with an amazing view of the city.

This place is awesome. The rooms were fantastic: clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was so nice and accomodating. I had 5 people in two different rooms, and they accomodated us with additional beds since the rooms only had king beds. Food at the restaurant was good. Breakfast is excellent and included in the cost (great value). I was worried about the neighborhood when I originally booked, but the neighborhood is fine (but you don't want to be walking around at night). I stayed in the Grand Suite, and that room was fantastic. The walled city was an 8 minute ride. Cons: one of the rooms I booked only had one channel working on the TV. The internet was spotty in the rooms.
