Beautiful hotel, concierge service is very helpful and arranged whatever I needed for food and entertainment. I recommend 300% for any American traveling to Cartagena, this level will of service is difficult to find in Colombia but Casa Claver really impressed me!

My friend and I stayed in a two bedroom loft. It was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to our room.Location was excellent. James in the reception was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were thrilled with our experience at Casa Claver in every respect - from the comfortable & well-appointed room off the rooftop deck & pool (a real bonus!), to the delicious breakfasts served to our room, to the helpfulness of the staff in making suggestions and arranging transport. The location is wonderful and near to so many plazas and restaurants in the old city. Staying there made our time in Cartagena very special!

En general es muy lindo el hotel pero no tiene una buena calidad de agua en la ducha para el precio le faltan facilidades imposible parqueadero y toca dejar el auto a 8 minutos caminando

My daughter and I stayed in the hotel for two nights. The staff is amazing, professional, helpful, and kind. They all go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The hotel is splendid and very new. Everything worked and overall we truly enjoyed our stay! Yelena

Escogimos Casa Claver por su ubicación dentro de la ciudad amurallada y no nos equivocamos. Su ubicación está central pero alejada del ruido, puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios dentro de la ciudad amurallada y está muy cerca de Getsemani y del muelle de la Bodeguita de donde salimos a un día de playa. Estuvimos alojados en habitación estándar y nos dieron la ubicada en la terraza. Esta nos pareció muy bien por que en la terraza está la piscina más chévere y no era sino salir de la habitación para estar allí, con buena privacidad por que no hay otros huéspedes pasando por allí, por que por ejemplo la que queda en el primer piso frente a la piscina interna no tiene tan buena privacidad. El desayuno incluido estuvo rico, se elige de unas opciones desde el día previo y hay que seleccionar el horario para que te lo sirvan. La comodidad de la cama fue grandiosa, dormimos como bebes. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin dudar regresariamos.

Everything at Casa Claver is perfect. I did a lot of research prior to booking and was nervous about not picking the right place for my wife and I. They had a rooftop pool and a pool in the hotel. The grounds were clean, our 1 bedroom apartment style boutique had plenty of room for us. Let me tell you though, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This was the perfect walking distance to everything within the walled city. The staff helped us get in-room massages on more than 1 occasion and sent our clothes for dry-cleaning multiple times as well.

I had a wonderful experience & would stay at property again. The property is conveniently located in centro historico and is an easy 15 minute walk to Getsemani or 7 minute walk to piers. All of the front desk staff were attentive and kind. Special mention to the senora who delivered delicious breakfast and cleaned Room 201. She always had a smile & was also attentive and kind.
