Pésima experiencia. Fuimos por un cumpleaños y fue horrible. Llegamos a las 9 am,nos entregaron las habitaciónes a las 4 pm. La recepcionista no era nada amable. El almuerzo muy desabrido y la cena peor, carne super dura, jugo qué sabía a pura agua, papas crudas, tras de que lo sirvieron una hors y cuarenta minutos después. La gente gritaba: QUEREMOS COMER, QUEREMOS COMER. La verdad muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo en nada. Lo que lo hizo llevadero fue el chico del barra libre, muy amable, hizo la experiencia llevadera. La buena para el.

Pasamos 7 días con amigas. Me encantó el lugar,nuestra habitación grande, espaciosa. No tiene agua caliente la ducha, cosa que nos sorprendió pero con el pasar de los días comprendimos que no era necesaria. Muy pocos turistas,efecto pandemia.. la playa hermosa,si bien el agua no es transparente como esperábamos Un mención aparte para el personal, tanto la señora Amparo que estuvo a nuestra disposición para lo que necesitamos, como los mozos ,chefs,personal de limpieza que se esmeraron en que conociéramos y degustáramos la comida colombiana y darnos los gustos en todo. Y nos sentimos muy cuidadas con el personal de sseguridad ! Un lugar para descansar!

Escogí el hotel por qué quería conocer y pasar unos días de playa que no fueran en Bocagrande. El Hotel lo saca adelante es su personal a cargo de la Gerente de Operaciones la señora Amparo a quien felicito por su don de servicio. Fueron muy amables con mi esposo y conmigo. Sin embargo esperaba un hotel con mejores instalaciones por su potencial. El restaurante deben mejorarlo en cuanto a su infraestructura, pues se nota que el personal hace todo a su alcance pero las instalaciones denotan abandono y falta de inversión. Las habitaciones no tienen clóset por lo que debes poner las maletas y cosas en el piso. También falta un espejo en la habitación ya que el único espejo es el del baño. No hay nevera de minibar en la habitación y realmente hace falta ya que después de las 10 PM ya no hay bebidas y en la noche uno siente sed y desea tomar algo frío. La playa es genial, y su personal es muy pero muy amable, lo que hace que las falencias enunciadas uno las pase, pero creo que con un poco de inversión sería un super producto en Tierra Bomba. Por eso mi foto refleja mi agradecimiento con el personal del hotel por qué son ellos quiénes lo sacan adelante y del estadio!! Felicitaciones.

Habitaciones cómodas, buena alimentación, la atención del personal muy buena están pendientes de los requerimientos de los huéspedes. Es un lugar para descansar alejado del ruido, playa para los huéspedes. Falta Closet para guardar la ropa.

Do NOT stay here, does not look like photos, NO hot water, black mold on pillows and bedding, non responsive staff, owner is a con artist who told us to cancel through ******* and rebook through them, then declined to refund the ******* reservation - so they double charged us. Don’t stay at this hotel, or on this island. The beach in front is a public beach, no hotel staff outside the locked gate. WORST hotel of our lives.

The pictures are photoshopped to make property look attractive. The directions to get to the hotel are incorrect. You are required to take a boat, a very unsecure boat to rrach the property, for which there is very little traffic, so boat drivers charge excessively for trips. You are at the mercy of the boat drivers being available to get to and from the hotel. The package that is promised and the food leaves air to be desired. Overall, i stayed for 2 hours and booked elsewhere. That should say it all.
